I've often heard that if the last 15 minutes of this movie had been inserted into Halloween Kills, it would have been much better. I.e., these people could tell me that Michael Myers can kill an entire town in hand-to-hand combat - and IMMEDIATELY AFTER THAT, in the finale of the SAME movie, lose to the old fool Laurie Strode, who got off from a hospital bed, about which this movie even says she had no meaning? Well, in that case, I would definitely hate Kills even more. Halloween Ends was great - right up to the last 15 minutes. The problem is that these are two films in one. One of them is the story of Corey Cunningham and a remake of Christine, one of my favorite horror films of all time. And the whole story of the transfer of evil is amazing. The second film is the end of a very bad trilogy about the confrontation between Myers and Strode. I would say that when the franchise started being dedicated to Laurie Strode, starting with H20 - that's when Halloween really sucked.
