Cliff was heading in the direction that he would off become a complete narcissist if it wasn't for eris and pushing him down a notch, sometimes not getting what you want really puts in some humility in your personality and not let your achievements blind you, ironically her rejecting him i think in the long run made him a better person, he still had his faults but i think it did help him in the long road ahead before he met rudy directly. So the irony eris rejecting him was for the better where for Rudy it was the opposite. XD

It can be in tv drama or live action films. Either way, MOST men will tolerate it, but rarely ever date or marry into it.

Most of the time apart is spent at some dojo where she's ignores everyone and is just training to be a better swordsman worthy of Rudeus, however, once somebody asks her about Rudeus, she won't shut up about him, to the point that the person who asks, wish they never asked about him in the first place. She goes from an emo who won't speak up to a fan girl who won't shut up once Rudeus is mentioned.

Eris left Rudeus in order to get stronger to be able to protect him, she went through brutal training and suffered while thinking about him, you can't say she is cruel, she told Rudeus "I'm not really good at this kind of thing" when she was comforting him after the argument with his father.

Too bad she pumped him once and then ditched him the next morning to go "find herself" also cutting off all communication with him and leaving him with emotional trauma and ED for years to come. Sylphie was the one who stayed with him when he needed it most because she knew they would grow much stronger and closer by remaining within arms reach. Eris may "love" Rudeus but it makes my blood boil that for seemingly not one second did she even think of what she did to him. Honestly aside from her fighting skills I absolutely cannot stand her personality.
Shes dumb, like really dumb, but her love for Rudeus is equal to the other girls, its almost insane how she idolizes him. Also, she thought Rudeus was way stronger and more mature, she trully believed that he would have handled that like it was nothing, really a dumb thing to think but it is what it is. I also think that it was much needed because the other two girls were getting obfuscated by Eris popularity at that moment, so forcing Eris to make such a stupid decision made more and more people start hating on her and look into Roxy and Sylphie traits and qualities. Really sad for Eris fans, but good for the story as a whole.

People still like to Judge Eris for the way she left Rudeus. But the problem is with both of them. Neither are completely innocent in this matter. Eris for not being able to express herself clearly and Rudeus for being so self centered and traumatized that he didn't even stop to think about Eris perspective, not even after 3 whole years. It took Rudeus Ruijerd to come and said he misunderstood Eris and he still doubted him. Rudeus had at least 3 whole years to calm down and think about Eris persoective and how she is, had he been not so self centered due to his traumas, he would come to the conclusion that she didn't abandon him. Rudeus has some screws loose. He had ED and didn't even try to use a magic potion to solve it, even tho he knew about it. I talked too much about Rudeus being faulty, but Eris really left at at a bad time with the wrong words. That's why is the faut of both of them. Rudeus lacked the courage to look for Eris to clarify things and Eris was too obssessed with getting strong to be worthy of him to go back to him and explain herself. It's not just one of them at fault here, both are guilty.
