I just bought this for my 7yr old daughter and she loves it! It took her a game to get used to the order of events and terminology... Im a seasoned magicTG player so I was able to pick it up easy and explain it to her well enough to get through the first game with no issues ..... Good fun, and cute unicorns and narwhals.. So thats cool too. A good way to get started in the world of card games and tabletop rules. The only drawback being the rulebook included was a little unorganized imo, but again after just one game things were easily figured out.
Just a small nitpick, but when explaining the DESTROY keyword, you moved a baby unicorn to the discard pile... which, as I understand, can't happen since baby unicorns go to nursery instead.
So if i start the game with 3 unicorn cards in my hand, Can i put them all in my stable at once or do i have to wait my turn to put unicorns in my stable?
You can only put one card in your stable each turn, unless you have the upgrade card called “double dutch”, which allows you to play two cards in one turn. You can also get various upgrades that allow you to put extra cards in your stable each turn.

How do upgrade and downgrades disappear from the stable? Do they stay there til a card says to remove them or are they 1 turn card deals. The instructions did not say anything about that. Also can you chain neigh cards against each other to save your first card
The existence of the super neigh card which states that it cannot be neighed would lead me to believe you may chain neigh cards. The strategy, I would think, would be do you neigh your opponents first play or do you save it do neigh the winning unicorn or a particularly nasty magic card.
If you are still wondering, downgrades and upgrades stay in play until destroyed or sacrificed. You may chain a players "Neigh" as many times as you can by having them to do so. They must "Neigh" you as soon as you play it, then you can "Neigh" theirs, and it negates it

Imagine your playing a game of poker, or like it. Your hand is private and are the cards you can play on your turn. While the stable is where you place your cards you play on your turn.

@@ha1xy358 it will depend on what the card says. One might say "Sacrifice a Unicorn to Destroy a Unicorn in each other players Stable" The Unicorn of Death says basically to Sacrifice 1 to destroy 1 other card

Unstable Unicorns is mainly it's own thing. It's a mix of Yu-Gi-Oh, MTG, and some other games. The only real connections to Exploding Kittens are the artwork on the cards looking similar and a few of the card's effects.

I wouldn't call anyone rtard over it, but Exploding Kittens was made by Elan Lee and Matthew Inman from the Oatmeal, while Unstable Unicorns was made by Ramy Badie, founder and creator of TeeTurtle. Get your facts together, it's your responsibility online, nobody else's. Claiming that these two were made by the same people is as useful as saying the Marvel Comics, Star Wars and the Frozen movies are "from the same" people, because they are now all published by Disney.

Your hand is where you have cards you haven't played yet. The stable is where you have played unicorns and upgrades to win the game.

No, they must get x amount of unicorn cards to win. The downgrade, upgrade, magic and instant cards do not count as unicorn cards

if you draw two cards on your first turn (draw phase and action phase) you have seven cards, so does that mean you win?
