I have spent the entire night watching videos about Pankhor Island because I am planning to go there with my best friend and finally after three hours I found something interesting and thank you for sharing your experiences. Loved you both
That was beautiful. Not many tourist stops by Pulau Pangkor nowadays. That beach brings back memories. I were there during the 90s, my college days, a group of bikers from KL with our bikes on the boat and went camping at the beach, closer to the hill on the right side. We had a very good beach workout kayaking to the small island and relaxing there. We woke up one morning and our food stocked were gone because no one were able to stay awake to guard the stuffs against the mafia raid (yes, monkeys!) during the night. 😅
That sounds like a great adventure! Comments like these really warm our hearts, Thank you! And you are right, we almost had the island to ourselves. We really loved it there - super relaxed - although, the monkey mafia is still in control 😂 Thanks for watching! ❤️
Thank you! 😊 There is a small airport on Pangkor island, but it isn't used for commercial flights when we visited the island. I think your safest bet is to take the bus from KL. I explain how to get there here: wowiwalkers.com/best-things-to-do-in-pangkor-island-malaysia/
Yep! It was due to a jelly fish but we never saw it. The scar itself never went away, but you can rub coke and vinegar onto the fresh wound to prevent the poison from spreading. This is according to a local diver. Thank you for watching!
@@WorldwideWalkers thanks for your response. We are also planning to that island this week. Looking at the jelly fish, So is it safe to swim in pangkor beach?? Are there any beaches free of that jelly fish?
@@sivakrish99 I think jelly fish are all around Asia. I think I was just unlucky to have jumped into a dead awashed jelly, since it never hurt me much. Only have the scar left to remember. I wouldn't let it come to mind for your vacation, it is such a beautiful island Untouched by tourism and really easy to get around. Enjoy your stay, it is a real gem! Greetings 😊
