- I have created some new booth displays in my booth at Plaza Antiques & Collectibles Mall in Lincoln Park, Michigan. It started out as just one booth I wanted to rearrange and ended up to be a bunch more. Your booth always looks great - I saw it in person today and enjoyed the opportunity to meet you! The red, white, blue entrance is creative with such sweet prints and other items. The child's crocheted red, white, blue poncho - adorable!! Plaza Antiques is my happy place as I always find something I didn't know I couldn't live without.

Great ideas for creating new spaces in a booth to generate more income. At our mall we had a new vendor move in. She had five large pieces and nothing else. She is new to booth life. She was upset when her pieces hadn't sold in the first week. Two of us were asked by the owner to sit her down and explain the cruel hard facts. She didn't understand a vendor must use every square inch of space. She has already given notice she is leaving at the end of her firsts month.
I was just like that new vendor you mentioned when I started my booth in 2015. Luckily a dealer had "the chat" with me and I listened. It is hard to accept help when you are starting out. You feel like all will work out and you know what you are doing. The longer I have my booth the more I realize how little I knew and how much I still have to learn. But always listen to those who more successful than you.
@@theturnedleg I have been in the booth life since 1998. I have weathered upheavals on and off through the years. I learn something new about being a reseller all the time. We have a system at this mall. The owner does not give advice or chastise new vendors. She has other vendors help a newbie. Most newbies appreciate the help. I often refer them to your TH-cam channel.
