So many comments are saying “I’m so glad she doesn’t wear those crazy costumes anymore and is finally being herself” but if you’ve been a fan from the beginning you’d know that shes always been herself even in those costumes… she got asked so much why she can’t be herself and she always has been! Personally I hope the crazy ass outfits make a comeback, but we all grow up and change and can’t be the same person forever ❤
Anyone in the entertainment business knows it's a show. The costumes were caricatures. She was herself underneath. It's the point that showing what's underneath is beautiful and refreshing. Don't overthink it. Reality has to win over subjective reality or we are completely lost and have no foundation of rational discernment. Don't over romanticize it. Once one is unable to separate fantasy from reality...that gets into a spectrum of mental conditions.
