Never forget when the Rare Hunter Exodia'd both Ray AND Michael
Michael’s was worse - it was the first turn. Ray had a couple turns before he got shut down.
I’m pretty sure that everyone has gotten Exodia’d by the rare Hunter. Dude has like 3 copies of each piece in his deck while everything else is just draw power or stall.

My favorite line when he played this (not in the highlights) is when he played Keith against Joey. Ray's starting hand was 6 high level normal monsters.
"OK. Guess we just won't play a card this turn."
*Next turn, he draws another big monster.*
"Another one, dude?? Keith, do you know how to play the game?!?"

Man 2015 Ray audio is nostalgic. Like, your audio now is 10/10. But something about the earlier audio brings a smile to me.

It's kinda funny how terrible Kaiba's strategy was - He uses tons of cards just to summon 1 massive monster....in a game where Destroy effects are (were?) common.
It's like summoning a 30/30 in Hearthstone only to watch as it gets Assassinated.
Im fairly certian it is a ps2 dark magician and blue eyes because they look pretty much the same as they did in duelist of roses. A ps2 fusion of yugioh and tactics. Loved the deck building tactics game

I miss early Yu-Gi-Oh. Back when a Boss Monster just had a ton of attack and not 17 effects and 9 different immunities to other effects.
Fortunately there is now an Exodia animation.

2015 Ray is so different from 2021 Ray, like he's matured as a streamer and doesn't swear as much as he did during the early years. It's really amazing how much he's changed as both a streamer and a person. Keep being awesome, Ray! And thanks Light for another awesome comp/highlight reel!

Just be happy you didn’t have to play the racing duel game. AKA “Card games on Motorcycles” which is why I stopped watching because I couldn’t keep track of anything unless it was a traditional duel. Also playing the villains shows the the computers cheat.
