0:19 - at this moment my heart instantly tightened. When you realize that all the little that Sunny has achieved in these three days collapsed in one moment. And now there is no turning back anymore..

Honestly it’s even worse I feel. He didn’t just lose everything he built in those three days.
He lost everything. Mari is gone, Basil is gone, a still warm corpse, he can’t even recognize his best friends as people he even knows. He’s broken in every way humanly possible.
Still think the neutral endings are the real worst endings, atleast in the bad end, Sunny comes to terms that he'll never feel closure with what he and Basil did by jumping off the hospital. Here he takes his own life alone and without telling his friends goodbye.
But besides that, this is really good, the flashes of death were chilling from how quicjly they came and gone.
I’d say another factor is that at least basil is alive in the „bad“ ending but this ending literally halved the gang ;-;

Both r horrible don't get me wrong but i absolutely still think the bad end is the worst, like he comes so far and is so unbelievably close, just moments away from finally being able to process the last and worst regret of his life, and yet it's all a waste because still he's too overwhelmed by his grief and self hatred to fully do so!! as fucked as this ending is, as fucked as both are, i absolutely think the bad end is the biggest heartbreak, plus both of the sui endings he's alone without saying goodbye anyways

They feel more depressing, but the rooftop suicide ending is more devastating because Sunny finally relearns the truth but gives up at basically the last second because it was just too painful for him to live with.

That was really haunting. Especially the moment where Sunny opens the fridge, I got agitated. Bad that we couldn't see Sunny stabbing himself. Anyways, looking for the animation, where Sunny leaves the town, without telling his friends the truth.

woah, the details in everything - you've matched up perfectly. the animation is so great, those bits where he sees himself at the top of the stairs with blood on his face really gave me shivers

I didn't really process what this video was when I clicked on it, as a result those first few frames caught me really of guard.
This portrays the game so well. You can really tell the feeling of dread looms over Faraway. Also I have to say, the mix of the painted/smudgy backgrounds with the more defined character looks really pretty. Insane work with this 👍

I love how you’ve portrayed what Sunny would most certainly after heading back to his house that ending, everywhere feels unsafe so why not just dream forever?

Wow this is amazing. You really portrayed how thoroughly and intensely Sunny is haunted, and I ADORED the addition of things even the game didn't utilize for that, like the flash of his grieving mother and the shadow Basil in the window and especially all his friends turning into shadows as Sunny walks away. The way his mind breaks and comes slamming back into full isolation and fear in that moment was always powerful to me, and that shot emphasized that perfectly.
I think in the night of 3 days left Basil is actually in the window ^^
But I’m so happy you liked my additions :>! Poor guy just undid all progress he made and worse
oh my god this is amazing. the overwhelming quietness that makes every sunny's movement hold so much weight. the subtle details like the basil and the door fading away. i like how we don't see anyone's expressions right up until sunny walks away from his friends, with a terrifyingly frozen shocked face. most shots of sunny are faraway (pun intended) making him feel so small. i also really like the colors used here they're dull and moody and really capture the atmosphere. sniff i feel so bad for everyone :(( thank you so much for making this animation!

GODDD this is so good. the quietness with the sound effects, the way everything looks very big compared to sunny makes it even scarier, the just realistic way hes moving instead of when ur playing the game, the artstyle and animation in general and just everything 😭 this is amazing (sorry for bad english)

Normally I don't watch animations when they're recommended but this one was worth it, incredible work
It's so fluid and well illustrated, I love that you cannot see any of the friend's faces, all the WTF scares, dawg even tried to open the fridge 💀😭 immediately closed as if to say "can't even see if there's food no more smh"
When he shuts the door immediately (seeing basil dead) the characterization is subtle yet effective, he saw exactly what he needed to see and nope'd the fuck out of there.
The animation also takes advantage of us knowing exactly what he's going to do with that knife- we've all seen the ending so we already know hes going to eventually stab himself- no need to show it. The details in general are gr8.

God, the amount of detail in this is insane. I love how you potrayed everything, especially how Sunny is feeling and his guilt. How everything feels so miserable and unsafe for him now... I know it's not really that important but I love how quickly you made Sunny close the door after seeing Basil... I think it perfectly captures his shock and heartbreak, how he can't believe what he is seeing and how he cannot bear to look.. Also, the detail that Kel, Aubrey and Hero just turn into strangers is heartbreaking.
Btw here's a little (not so) fun fact in case anyone didn't know: After seeing Basil's corpse in the Neutral Ending you can go in Basil's bathroom and throw up. Sunny legitimately throws up out of overwhelming stress and sadness.. Imo, it just shows that despite everything that happened, Sunny still cared so much about Basil and he was still so dear to him even if he was trying to avoid him because of trauma, and how seeing his best friend (who's also pretty much canonically his soulmate, as the Coral in Deeper Well (I think?) says) laying there dead, knowing that he could have prevented it, just broke him. (not my Sunflower, aka Sunny x Basil heart crying right now. Totally not-)
