@FUNKMASTERFOURTWO ,,,the ones i can afford ,, i sometimes boil my strings ,with a bit of soap , even reuse broken strings ,i tryed nickle strings they are too soft ,,so i like stainless steel strings medium light ,my bass cant take anything heavy its very old ,,,,very sad day in europe today ,,so i dont feel like talking ,,,thanks for your interest ,,,
el un don famalico ? yes ,,venus the quest is to sound american on joints as shown above , this can be achieved on almost any bass,,playing the notes you think one can hear is not enough even if you have a good bass ,,to sound like the family of players who invented this music is also behind in the beat not just the note alone
