Yep, i believe all of the major theme parks do events like this! I'm pretty sure that Universal doesnt really do food festivals but they do have events like mardi gras that has food especially served for that event only
Hey Tim, when the chicken is like that it’s called lollipopped chicken drumsticks. They just slide the meat up to the top and cook it that way to give you a handle.

Of all the theme park food festivals y'all have been to in Orlando and surrounding areas which would you recommend people go to? We've been to food and Wine in epcot for close to a decade and I feel like the quality has gone downhill so curious if there's a better festival to check out
Tim is so layered up! I wonder what the temperature was. I am coming to Orlando in April so keeping an eye on the weather. Pretty sure we’ll be packing for all eventualities ha ha
Layers are definitely the way to go, topped off with an umbrella or a poncho (get one from your local Walmart or Target or "discount" or even camping gear store- they will be much cheaper than any one you can get in-park!! Unless you want one for the souvenir-factor, of course!) Just remember to bring a plastic bag (a gallon ziplock can fit about 3 adult sized-ponchos, maybe 4 if you REALLY squish them) to put them in when they're wet. After April, you probably won't need as thick of a jacket as Tim had- probably just a lighter one, and/or maybe a sweater.
Tim I think genuinely they gave you the Sundae rather than the Thrill Shake 😆 as I’m sure they would have given you a straw with the shake too. Hope you had an awesome time though 👌🏼🥂
