Cooper literally not saying a word about Annie in Return was one of the wildest things in the show. Ghostwood would be an amazing place to lynch to work on, but I sure the schedule was tight and he was not feeling that much after watching the behind the scenes

Washington has no private pirsons (some small private jails).
There actually IS a prision in Monroe WA (where palmer hous is) and has been for decades.
Oh, on crime stuff, im a public defender in king county.
When donna's husband gets put of prison, the timeline doesnt match up. Washington had gotten rid of indeterminate sentences a few years before he would have gone to jail for vehicular homicide, so what else weird time stuff is going on with changing Washington 's Sentencing Reform Act (SRA)

About Annie, what if - instead of being at the start of the show - ”I’m fine” was the very *last* thing we saw, after everything that happened in Part 18.

I'm only half way through, but you all keep poking continuity holes in the book vs show, but isnt his all a history of the "official version" where laura only disappeared not murdered?
So these inconsistencies (such as doc heyward vs ben conversation) didnt necessary involve a fight.

I feel like sometimes the intent might've been to show differences in the timeline/"official version", whereas other times, the inconsistencies are either characters lying/having bad information or the author making a mistake.
The Doc Hayward account feels very "doctored", if you'll accept the pun. His account clearly doesn't add up, and even Agent TP (without full knowledge of the situation) questions it, so I don't think the particular differences there are because of a revised timeline. But other things might be because of timelines. I think it's messy, honestly.
