I just bought a practically brand new br200 today. Owners wife didn't mix oil with gas and scored the piston up real bad. Cylinder has some lines but i can't feel them using my fingernail. I've researched this br200 motor and was happy to see its cylinder, piston is interchangeable with the bg86 hand blower, which i have 5 old ones, so I'll swap out that along with crank bearings and piston bearings. Thank you for a super detailed rebuild video. I've never torn one down but had it completely apart in 30 minutes. If it cranks up as easily as yours did ill be so happy and lucky for a 30 dollar find! Thanks

just found this today, and am glad i did!! i recently acquired a pair of br200 misters and have not ever taken one apart. they need some parts like air filter covers, and are quite dirty, but i feel much more confident about delving into these after watching your tutorial. it appears the cylinders are sleeved. could you confirm that?? how difficult would it be to re-sleeve one of these??

Ive never really thought about it but you're right I believe they are sleeved I've never seen a replacement for them though.
