- The NEW Bronco has been a home run for Ford. To compete well against the Jeep Wrangler there are many trims to choose from when buying a Bronco. On the outside of the Wildtrak you will notice the Sasquatch package, black gloss grill and optional modular steel front bumper. Under the hoow is a 2.7L twin-turbo V6 that is mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission.

I have the same one in Cyber Orange and I’m in love with it. Everything Joe said about it was accurate. A few cool features were missed like the phone charging stand, the ability to power your fob if it dies in the bottom of the console, The Amazing AC.

Personally my choice of Ford bronco whould be the bronco raptor in blue by the way. This one still looks amazing in the green .

Meh, the raptor trucks have many issues. More engine = more power but more issues early on which is sad imo
Ford really did their thing with the broncos I definitely wouldn’t mind a base model

REALLY appreciate you doing a review on the 2 dr w/10spd & 2.7 - very few exist. Initially I went with the Black Diamond - thought the rear locker would be enough and it came w/washout floors and aux switches. However, after attending the Off Rodeo and seeing all the tech in action I decided (since I was pushed to MY22 and had to reorder 2 weeks after attending, I switched to the Badlands. If money wasn't an option at ordering time, I probably would've opted for the Lux package, really only for the 360 cameras, leather steering wheel and 12" screen - still on the Badlands. Interested to have the stabilizer bar disconnect but didn't see the need for 35's at the time... desired wheels & tires in the aftermarket would suit me better. Again, thanks for the review!
I have a 2.3 bronco badlands with wildtrack wheels on it(35”). With the 33” tires, the ride was horrible. The 35” Sasquatch wheels/tires made me love this vehicle.
Happy with it since it doesn’t have the issues the 2.7 has(dropped valves) and finally after 12000 miles the fuel economy is liveable.
Wish I had the manual, but glad I have trail turn assist.
It’s not a good road trip vehicle due to the noise issues, and it’s horrible for towing anything.
It’s a great little vehicle for running around town or going off-roading. Love the 2dr due to the extremely short wheelbase.

I have a green 4-dr Wildtrak on order, and I'm hoping mine comes by end of year. However, I did buy a 4-dr velocity blue Outer Banks non-SAS with the 2.3L, and to be honest I love this version of the Bronco as well. I'm still debating if I'll keep this one or the Wildtrak as my primary use vehicle. But, I will say I've been incredibly happy with the speed and quickness of the 2.3L engine. I only use top tier gas, so I'm getting 300 HP, and with the lighter engine, smaller 33.5" tires mine feels plenty quick in its 0-60, especially in Sport mode. That being said, I haven't driven a 2.7L yet, so I'm not sure just how much faster that is, but the 2.3L is no slouch.

Love the way the 2 door looks, the wildtrak pack and the color. Sweet ride. If it was mine I'd take the backseat out and slap the goosegear system in.
I've watched this video 3 times now. Going in Monday when the order banks open at noon to order a Bronco Wildtrak 2-door. Order banks are only open for 24hrs for the 2023 Bronco. Great video. Eruption Green is my first choice. Hot Chili Pepper Red is my 2nd choice.

Hubby just bought one on Saturday, in Area 51, the light blue/gray color. It is a 22 model, had only 10k miles on it! 2 door Wildtrak with the upgraded seats, steel bumper, and High package, not Lux. We took it off road yesterday and it was a blast! It handles great on the highway, too! His Ram truck was rotting in the driveway, so we now have a vehicle that he will enjoy driving! I want to trade my 22 Subaru Outback Wilderness in on a 4 door, but I won't, we need a normal vehicle for trips. Great review!

Test drove one today and I can say not only does Raiti do a spot on overview but driving one is AWESOME. To me the poor mans or intelligent mans alternative to spending $200,000 on a G Wagon…

Great setup Joe. I'm trying to order mine today, very similar setup. I'm going to pass on the metal bumper and save that cash for an aftermarket bumper. If the cargo floor is removable, I may make brackets to set it on for making the load floor even with the back seats when dropped.

Gloss black grill all the way. Normally hate gloss but this suits it perfectly. Should be seeing my fully loaded wildtrak here in a few weeks

I ordered a 2door black diamond 2.7l. Personally I think it's the best value for the money. I also like how the slightly smaller steelie wheels look on the 2door.

The speedometer is a throwback to the classic design & location of the speedometer being on the left hand side.
Joe, Lori, that 2 door Bronco looks great. I’m not a big fan of the green, but it looks really good on the video. If lower trim 2 door Broncos ever become available where I live, that’s the way I’m going!

Funny thing I got the big bend with Sasquatch package. I got everything you get in the WildTrack and also got rock crawl mode. All the switches and everything on mine for 55K I got pepper red and the protection panels on front and rear corners

This Bronco is quite impressive Joe. Your a lucky man to have it! Wish the dash was all digital as well man. I'm going to zonk the way the rear seats drop. Seemed like a hassle to me, not worth it in my opinion.

Received my 2022 Bronco 2 Door Wildtrak/Sasqatch, in Oxford White, the day before Ian hit us here in FLA! Ordered it back in early January. Nine month wait. I've heard they're not offering a 2023 model as they are so backed up filling 2022 orders. Thus far ... I find it's the absolute shiznit! I have people stopping me and asking to take pictures of it! Incredible vehicle ... 😎

Love the styling. If I was the Ford boss , I would have styled the Maverick with the same front end look, and I would put four of those headlights in the new Mustang front. Like the 69 mustang
Absolutely love the idea of doing a video series on the ownership experience with the Bronco! I'm exactly the same type of prospective Bronco owner as you are an actual owner. I've never owned an off road vehicle and the Bronco's home run heritage styling of the 2 door is making me want to buy one. I'd love to get all the ins and outs of ownership experience before I risk paying over sticker or having to wait for a year to get one. How's the cabin noise level on the highway? Is the noise level too high to have a cell phone conversation on Bluetooth? How's the highway and street ride feel on those mud terrain tires? I'm 5' 10" is there sufficient room in the backseat for an adult my size to sit behind a driver of my size? Is cargo space enough for those runs to Home Depot to buy potted trees (presuming I remove the hard.top) and runs to Costco to buy large bulk crap my wife says we need 🤣? Do those off road tires have decent tread wear for daily highway and street commuting? How does the Bronco handle in heavy rains with those mud terrain tires? Are long drives in the Bronco exhausting due to cabin noise, the ride, the seats, the smaller back seats? How the reliability? These are just many of the things I'm thinking would help make a good ownership series.

I just purchased one of these eruption green Wildtrak beauties from my boss, that he paid for with cash, but ended up not using it. A screen doesn't do this amazing color justice! It is on big Goodyear Wrangler M/Ts, has beautiful weight saving, corrosion resistant aluminum off road bumpers, a winch and is super capable off road. I have had a 4Runner TRD Off Road since 2019 and an FJ Cruiser before that, so this is my first western built vehicle and 4x4! It has been a blast to drive, so far and can handle technical parts of trails that usually only Jeep Wranglers can do lol.
The only mod I needed was rock rails/step to get in, because I'm only 5ft lol. My plan is to eventually upgrade to a Bronco Raptor, because I prefer longer wheelbase and love the Bronco Raptor lol. This price was too good to pass on!
Edi: A Ford employee told me the Wildtraks don't have rock sliders to save weight. I hated how exposed it looked without anything there, so had one installed ASAP

You can level the rear trunk’s space by putting a 2 subwoofers there. That’s probably the first I would do

I think it’s all around awesome but I have to agree they should have went a different direction on the speedometer, go more retro like the mustangs analog I’ve seen in the past that fits with the new broncos retro feel.

Would like you to install a Bestop. I love the idea of a hardtop but not sure how I’d work in Florida’s suddenly rainstorms.
When you're ready to take it offroad, You should join us in Citrus WMA in Brooksville and get it a little flexed and a little muddy!
We end up there a couple times a month would make a cool video.
I feel like a lot of the limitation for the power are those massive tires. Especially with the 4 cylinder with huge 33”+ tires will probably suffer with acceleration

You're in Florida and likely don't need it, but the WT doesn't have Stay-bar disconnect... Thus, the better build is the Badlands w/ Sas and options added for most off-roading locations in 'Merica.
This is a tough choice vs the wrangler 2dr Willis in sarge green. Love them both

The pop rod Should not be zonked because it’s cool to have a pop ride on a off-road vehicle like Jeep which you personally said is good to have a pop ride on a jeep wrangler

I've always been a mustang owner but I'm thinking about getting a bronco like that but I would have to get it in black to bad it doesn't have the coyote engine in it. Definitely a great video brother keep up the great videos

Surprised the Wildtrak doesn't come standard with the modular bumper and the rock sliders. I learned something about the folding of the rear seats, didn't know about sliding the bottom cushion forward.

At MSRP yes absolutely, at $75k tough sell, that’s well into luxury vehicle territory or even F150 Raptor territory.

@Buffalo Bills $58k msrp with options. $49k starting price for the 2 door wildtrack. Most are listed for $75k+ at the majority of dealers and from private sellers
I just got offered a fully loaded Wildtrack, with the HOSS 3.0 and lux package for $74K (including markup) From my dealer. Should arrive in a. few months if I accept the deal. It's that or wait 12-18 months (or longer).
Ford makes some of the nicest looking automobile lineups. Engine is not bad too, but what they need to work on is the interior big time!

I have the 2.3L and it is plently of power. The difference is very small vs the 2.7L.
My question to anyone who owns the 2d..
How's it on a longer road trip doing 70 to 80 mphs ? Is it better than a 2d Wrangler and does it have that boat rock like the Wranglers has.

Great color and great in a 2 door. But these things are going for 100 grand in Chicago. Not that I would spend it. But I would rather have a 4 door wrangler with the 392. And extreme recon package.
