I'm totally addicted to watching your channel...😂❤️❤️ Your projects in this episode look gorgeous and are awesome. Thank you for having a fabulous channel. Much love and blessings to you and your family🙏 Morrinsville, New Zealand
Hi Carrie! LOL I know...I must have been on autopilot, because when someone said I painted right over the price tag, I had to go back and watch the video again. Sure enough...I did! LOL I think I was on my eighth project and it was late. Yikes!!!! OH well.... Anyway, thanks for watching and I LOVED your comment! I'm so glad you enjoyed the video!!! XOXO
Hi Kelly! I recently found your channel and have already watched so many of your videos. Especially love the thrifting ones with your mom. I wish I had a mom to go on adventures like that with!! That is so special. I also love your trash to treasure videos. I LOVE that you show that sometimes projects are more of a trial and error process and don't yield an immediate perfect result in the first try! So many creators do it that way- make it look so easy, and as a viewer sometimes I get discouraged by watching those. I also truly appreciate that you are just like me and do your projects in your kitchen! I don't have a designated craft/work room or anything like so many others that I watch. Finding your channel has given me some new motivation for my booth and my thrifting adventures in the new year!! Look forward to watching more Flea Market Rescue!!
I would have sanded the cutting board first. Love the bottles. The price tag got painted onto the sheep? A stencil brush would make crisper lines with your JRV grain sack stencils.
Love all your stuff. How do you do so much upcycling without a work room? I can’t handle the stress of watching you paint and sand and glue on your kitchen counter. You’re braver than I am.
If you ever need to sculpt something onto a resin piece, or resculpt a missing piece, use magic sculpt or apoxie sculpt. Just sand the area you need to attach to first. I buy broken stuff or ugly stuff for a song, and then fix it, or make it better!
I listened to you for awhile, and I said, "OMG, that sounds like Michigan to me." Have lived in the South for almost 35 years, but still know my peeps from around Detroit. I checked your Etsy page, and sure enough, Sterling Heights. I was from Harper Woods once upon a time. So good to hear the old accent. Love your channel!
OMG....wow....what a small world!!!! It's so funny to hear someone say I have an accent!!! LOL Yes, I'm from Sterling Heights! I absolutely know where Harper Woods is. Anyway, I'm so glad you found your way to my channel, linguaphile42! Thank you for watching and that made my day to hear that you loved my channel! XOXO
I am from Arkansas and I definitely get the "northern accent"! But, I'm sure you would think I have a southern accent if you heard me talk! Lol. I love your channel so much!!
Great Projects. I made a tiered tray but. I put the larger ends up. It gave more support to the upper tray and created more flat room on the bottom trsy.
Thank you for the sharing , Tiny Houses! I had someone else mention that they thought it would give more room for the food doing it the opposite way, but you actually did it, huh? Great idea...I could definitely see it supporting the above platter, as well by doing it that way. Anyway, thanks again and you have a BEAUTIFUL weekend! XOXO
“Sheep’s are very not. But not, like this.” Love it! You ideas are amazing as always and we thank you for inspiring and sharing your finds! I am sure all your guests loved your son’s graduation party and made them feel special too with all your details!
Thank you, Vivian!!!! I really appreciate that! Yes, everyone really loved his party! It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and I couldn't have asked for a better day for it, either! PS> So, glad to hear the sheep was your favorite project! Isn't he just too stinkin' cute?!?!?! Anyway, thanks again, Vivian and you have a WONDERFUL weekend, my friend! XOXO
This is only the third time I have seen your program, but I just love 💘 it. I loved your friends home she is very clever. How lucky are you that you still have your mum ♥ the way she goes places with you. I will be making a couple of your hacks. From the bottom of New Zealand 🇳🇿 thank you.
AWESOME, Harvey!!!! I'm so glad to hear that and that is a GREAT idea to turn them upside down!!! CHEERS to new projects down the road!! Yay!!! Have a WONDERFUL day, Harvey!!!
Hi Second Hand Suze....oh, you antique waxed yours!?!?! I bet that came out BEAUTIFUL! I never even thought about that, but wow....what great idea!!!! And, thank you for letting me know that you also liked the little enamel pot project! Yea, isn't it amazing with a little paint....you can make anything look like enamel!!!! Anyway, you have a AWESOME weekend, Suze and thanks again for taking the time to comment! XOXO
Excellent video! Such fantastic transformations. Great ideas, too. I m getting inspired to do more mixed media art/junk journals, decoupage, etc. Thank you!
Oh that's AWESOME, Joanne and thank you for letting me know that the camera angle was good! I never know...is it too close....not close enough, so again thank you for that! XOXO
I absolutely love your talent.. I don't know if you ever tried it before but it works great for me. When stenciling use a spray adhesive that quilters use. It's a temporary adhesive and it works AMAZING for stencils as well... hope you give it a try 😊
Hi Charlene! You are sooo sweet!!! Thank you so much! You know what...my mom actually uses this technique. She's a quilter and had mentioned using the adhesive spray in one of the videos she had did here, so I know it definitely works! I didn't have any, so I thought a glue stick would work. Thanks for sharing that tip, Charlene! I really appreciate it and I thank you again for the super sweet compliment! You're AWESOME! XOXO
Hi Jennifer!!!! I'm so glad to hear that you loved the silver tray and hydrangea basket projects!!! I'm always so interested in which project people liked the most, so thank you for sharing!!!! You have a BEAUTIFUL weekend, Jennifer and thanks again for watching! XOXO
Thank you, Evangelia! I'm so sorry to hear that your girls don't enjoy this, because you could have so much fun together!!! We love it! But, hey....sounds like you have a little partner in your grandson....which is AWESOME!!!! Anyway, thank you so much for sharing and for watching! XOXO
I took advantage of the glue and accelerator! I ordered a small order, bc I wanted to try it first. It looks easy enough and with the fast acting action, much better that E6000! I loved all the projects today. Just a note the little pitcher looked much better with 3 yellow flowers in it. The “rule” in decorating is that things always look better in threes. That’s what I’ve always heard, anyway lol. I purposely bought matching plates and little shot glasses to make as the risers. The Starbond will be great to start doing these!
AWESOME! Yes, I love this glue....it's so fast! With epoxy glue....I had to wait forever for it to dry!!! With this...I can glue it and move on to something else. I will say if you plan on painting your plates and shot glasses....I would glue it together first, because it will make for a better bond. You're going to LOVE it, Jeanisa!!! Anyway, thank you for sharing and for watching! You have an WONDERFUL weekend! XOXO
A suggestion for the tiered serving dish would have been to paint it and then use guilding wax on the details of the individual platters. It would have made it more cohesive, as there appeared to be a different sheen on the plates and candlesticks
Loved everything you done today!!! Just awesome makeovers. I love the riser. That was simple but so pretty!. And the little feet were perfect!! I cant believe the glue stick on the stencil trick!! I will be doing that. I'm a sheep person and I've collected sheep forever and this sheep is better now that he lost his pineapple!!! I want to tell you that I appreciate that you are a down to earth person and so relatable. Some YT creators seem to want to be a Star or something and I just cant watch them. Have a wonderful weekend!!!
Hi Charlotte! That was so sweet of you to say.....about me being down to earth and relatable!!! Thank you so much, because I'm just being me....that's all! Even my friend said..."I can't believe you're standing there in your cheetah robe doing the your projects on camera." LOL But, like I told her...I'm doing what I normally would and sharing projects...that's all. So, thank you again for saying that, Charlotte! And, yes...the feet were perfect for that little riser, weren't they?!?!? I since, have found out that they are candle cup holders, but they worked out AWESOME!!! Oh and that sheep most definitely had to lose the pineapple! It was dating him a bit, now he has new life!!!! Well, thank you again for the WONDERFUL compliment, Charlotte! I really appreciate it and it really meant a lot to me! You have a WONDERFUL weekend, my friend! XOXOO
I love each & every one of these! 💕 But the silver tiered tray is GORGEOUS! I also really like what you did with that pink bottle... It looks like a piece of pottery to me. Have a great day! Tfs.
Hi Mary! Thank you so much!!! I sooo glad to hear that you loved all the projects!!!! That made my day to hear that, so thank you!!!! Yea, I love the three tier tray, too!! I'm definitely going to use it!! I love all that fancy stuff!! HEE HEE And, I was happy to hear that you loved the pink bottle project, too! Isn't amazing what a little paint can do?!?!? It does resemble pottery, doesn't it? Anyway, thanks again, Mary and you have a BEAUTIFUL weekend, my friend! XOXO
I did not know that! They worked out PERFECTLY!!!! I figured they had to be for something, but I just couldn't figure out what! LOL Mystery solved! HEE HEE Thanks, GloryB!!!
Hi Kelli! So glad you loved the projects! Yea, that shopping spree was fun! LOL I need another one!!! HEE HEE And, my mom sure thought so....you heard her...."should we keep going?" LOL Anyway, thanks again, Kelli and you have an AWESOME weekend, my friend! XOXO
1st time viewer just found your channel today. Absolutely love your ideas! I learned so much. So glad I found you, looking forward to many more. Thank you for sharing.
Hi Nancy! It would have been easy to do it that way, but I didn't want to spray the trays with the accelerator, because I wanted to keep them food safe. It was harder that way, but I thought if I sprayed just the ends...than I wouldn't need to worry about any chemicals. Hope that clears that up. I guess I should have said why I was doing that.
Spray accelerator in a cup outside creating a puddle and paint it on in a controlled manner then you use less glue causing over spill or waste, that might help
If nothing else I would have used a chalk or graphite pencil to trace the candle stick. Glued inside the drawn circle and sprayed the candlestick edge or painted it like the other commenter said.
I also love the trays. I was thinking the same thing when you were using the glue and putting it on the tray instead of the candle stick. So, you can't spray the accelerator on the glue?
Thank you, Judy! I'm so glad you liked the projects and thanks so much for sharing what project you liked best! Yes, tool boxes make the nicest displays....don't they? I love them, too and pick them up any time I find one! Anyway, thanks again for sharing, Judy and you have a WONDERFUL day! XOXO
Hi there! I'm late to the party and just watched this video! 😆 What font did you use for the toolbox/planter that says “let's play in the dirt.”? I just love it! It reminds me of the font that Rae Dunn uses. 🙂 Super cute makeovers! 🫶🏻 I just have to say this- ignore the negative comments. I think you're doing terrific! You're never going to make everyone happy. So, you do what YOU choose to on YOUR channel. And as for the people who don't appreciate what you do, how you do it, or even how you speak; they can just quit watching and go get their own channel. That way they can have people leave contentious opinions and NITPICK over everything that they do. You're obviously doing something right to have a flourishing channel and business. Sadly, too many people think they have to make themselves feel better by dragging others down. Don’t let their negativity impact what YOU desire to do on here. You’re fantastic! 🤍🙌🏻 🕯 Blowing out other people's candles doesn't make yours burn any brighter 🕯️
Why do some people have to be so negative. So she painted over the price tag. We all make mistakes, and we learn from them. Great job on all the projects. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you, Esther! I appreciate that! I know...right!?!?! I don't understand it myself! I think I was on my 7th project that night and it was like 2 in the morning already. I was tired and somehow missed that. Nevermind...I put out 9 other great projects in a video that I spent 4 days putting all of this together, just so I could share it with everyone! I'm not perfect and I just don't get why people like to focus on the one wrong thing, rather than the many great things. Oh well... Anyway, thank you for being so sweet and kind! I really appreciate that!!! XOXO
Hi Nancy! Thank you for the sweet compliment and for sharing which project was your favorite!!!!! I the Annie Sloan paint, especially in the duck egg blue! It's soooo pretty! Anyway, thanks for watching and for taking the time to comment! XOXO
Thank you, Jodie!!!! I appreciate that!!! Yep...you can just put a grain sack stripe & some numbers and that will make them look AWESOME! Thanks for watching and for taking the time to share! XOXO
Projects are really lovely. I never use foam brushes, because they don’t load well and they don’t have the control of a regular paint brush. Good ideas though!
Hi Random! Thank you for the compliment on the projects! Yea, I rarely use foam brushes, as well...but, for that little sign it worked out well. Anyway, I just want to thank you for watching and for the wonderful comment! XOXO
Was wondering why you didn't put the Starbond on the candlestick and the accelerator on the plate seems to me that would have been more accurate. Great idea though thanks for sharing all your good ideas
The reason that I didn't put the Starbond on the candlesticks was I would have had to spray that accelerator on the platters and I wanted to keep it as food safe as possible. It definitely would have been easier to do it that way, but then I would have had to worry about chemicals. I hope that clears that up...I guess I should have gave an explanation on why I was doing it that way in the video.
Hi Linda! I'm so glad that you love the projects! Thank you so much! And, AWESOME....I'm so glad to hear that you bought some Starbond! I LOVE it...it's so fast! If I had been using epoxy....I would have had to wait forever for it to dry. You're going to LOVE it! With this...you put your glue on...spray the accelerator and join your pieces. Boom...you're done! TIP: To get the best and tightest bond...I would glue your pieces first and then paint your project. Anyway, thanks again for watching and you have a BEAUTIFUL day, Linda! XOXO
Yes, I LOVE recycling things!!! Like you said...it give the objects a second life!!!! I couldn't agree with you more! Thanks for watching and for taking the time to comment! You have a BEAUTIFUL day, Joanne! XOXO
Hi Alan! You know...I didn't even realize I did that, until I read your comment! I had to watch the video again and sure enough...I did! LOL You were right! It was like my 8th project...it was late and I was super tired. I must have been on autopilot! LOL I always leave the tags on so that I can show everyone what I paid...I don't know how I overlooked that, but yea...you always want to take your price tags off! LOL Thanks for catching that!
Nikki...too funny!!! LOL Yea, I didn't even realize I hadn't taken the price tag off, until Alan Trevor mentioned it! I had to watch the video again and yep, sure enough....I did...I painted right over that tag! I must have been on autopilot! YIKES! I was super tired and it was my 8th project, but yea...always take your tags off! LOL
AWESOME! I'm so glad to hear that, Donna! Hope you loved the projects! Thank you for watching and for taking the to comment! It really means a lot to me! You have a BEAUTIFUL weekend! XOXO
Thank you, Bill! The labels are in my Etsy Shop for $1.50 and yes....you just download them and print them off. Here's a link to my Etsy Shop: www.etsy.com/shop/FleaMarketRescue
I'm so happy you found my channel, too Carol!!! Yay!!!! I'm glad you enjoying the videos!!! Thanks so much for watching and for the sweet comments!!! You have a WONDERFUL Christmas, Carol!!! XOXO
Hard to pick what was my favorite as they all turn out so cute n clever. Your 3 tire trays really looked good. Got to get some of that clue. I really favor more to the wooden canisters with sack grain stencil. You were a busy girl on this day as you redid a lot of trash to treasure n all was great. I liked the saying you did on the tool box sooo cute. Always look forward to your videos n to see what you come up with. By the way someone already mentioned about the cups you called them as they are candle holders. I just had to reply to that person cuz she beat me to it LOL. Have a super day n I know your so busy creating but could you please send me the measurements to make that little stool for plants, please. See ya on the one. ♥️♥️😊👍👍👍
Hi Shelly...thank you so much for the compliment on the projects! XOXO Yes, I had found out they were candle holders! LOL Shelly, I had sent you the measurements and a link to the video in the comments previously. You didn't see it? Ok...here's the the measurements: Cut FOUR- 6 1/2" one inch in diameter sticks on a 10 degree angle. (They should be cut parallel , like this / 6 1/2" / ) Then, Cut FOUR- 4 1/2" one inch x a half of an inch sticks on a 45 degree angle. (They angle should be cut inward like this: / 4 1/2" \ They are going to be your crossbars and on these remember to have your 1/2" side of the stick upright when you are cutting them.) Here is a link to the video, as well: th-cam.com/video/GVM831te_IE/w-d-xo.html Hope that helps! Thanks Again, Shelly for watching and for taking the time to comment! It really means a lot to me! XOXO
@@FLEAMARKETRESCUE Hi Kelly, thank you so very much for sending the info I had asked about. No, I didn’t see it before. Don’t know why either but I’m very grateful that this time I saw it. I’m so excited, now I can get busy making a couple of those plant stools… they were so darn cute. To bad we don’t live closer cuz I think between our two heads we could come up with some real winners DIY’s. Really look forward to your videos. ♥️😊👍👍
Hi J & E Homestead! No...I didn't seal it, because that Annie Sloan chalk paint is definitely on there good and I did use some dark wax. If it was a piece of furniture that people would be putting things on, then I would have sealed it just for added protection, but for this...I didn't think it was necessary. If you wanted to, you could always put some clear wax on it just for assurance, though. Hope that answers your question! XOXO
AwHhhh...Thank you, Lisa! I really appreciate that!!!! I'm so glad you find inspiration in the projects I post!!! That made my day! Well, you have a WONDERFUL weekend and thank you for taking the time to comment!!! XOXO
Hi Marge!! Yay!!! Thanks so much....I really appreciate that and I'd love to see what you use them on!!! Anyway, just want to say thanks again and you have a WONDERFUL day, today!!! XOXO
I knew they had to be for something, but I just had no clue as for what. Thank you for letting me know!!! Mystery Solved!!! Thank you, Lolitabonita!!!! They worked out PERFECTLY for what I was using them for, though!
@@lolitabonita08 Me too! I do remember getting them at Michael’s n just like you said about 15 yrs ago. Gosh , wish they’d bring them back. Wonder if Amazon carries them.? It’s been great chatting with you.
I wonder if you flipped over the candle stick so the large end was on the bottom of the tray and the small glued to the tray so there was more room for food instead of the large end where the food goes?
Now that's a thought...but I wonder if it would have looked weird?!? I don't know, but that was a good idea! Thanks for sharing, Dawnmarie and you have a BEAUTIFUL weekend!!! XOXO
I enjoy watching fleamarket rescue! You do such cute things! I do have a question though...I noticed that on much of what you showed today that after you painted items with chalk paint, that you didnt seal them with wax. Do you find that not waxing deminishes the longevity of your products for your customers? Or do you give instructions for care and cleanup with your products? Specifically, the canisters would be a concern with no wax protection. Can you please explain? Is it just not needed?
AwHHh, thank you so much for the wonderful compliments! Now, everything that is painted white is painted in a latex paint that you'd paint on your walls, it's a paint and primer in one, so no protection is needed. It's like painting your walls...you wouldn't put a wax or polyurethane on your walls after painting them, however, anything that you chalk paint probably should have a coat of wax or again a polyurethane on it. Also, anything I spray paint does not get wax or polyurethane because it's impossible to get spray paint off unless you take a razor blade and scrape it off! Now, with the canister project....I believe I did put wax on it because I chalk painted grain stripe. I probably should have mentioned that in the video, however, if I didn't.....yes...anything you chalk paint, you want to put either a wax or polyurethane on it. Hope that clears that up.
love the Riser, would have been easier to stain if you had attached the egg cup feet and turned the item upside down to stain the feet, then stained the top.
I sell the labels in my Etsy Shop. They are a download. They are $1.50. Here's the link:www.etsy.com/listing/1034337382/instant-download-vintage-labels-digitalclick_key=a5d095154567c4dc494637a6fb48339e082265dc%3A1034337382&click_sum=f3bc7db0&ref=shop_home_active_13&crt=1 I'm guessing you have an iPad, right? I know you can print from your iPad. My Mom does it all the time but if you don't have a printer...that's not going to work. I was going to say you can save it on a UBS stick and take it up to Office Depot or Staples and they can print it for you but I don't think the iPad has a UBS port on it. HHhmm? Well, if you can figure out a way...I did leave the link for you so that you can purchase them. Ok? Thanks so much for your interest! XOXO
I love my Dremel! I've been using it for years! You can carve edges of wood....file something down in a jiffy! It's GREAT! Definitely get one....you'll be happy you did, Cheryl!!!
They are all such great ideas! Thank you! Is there a reason why you wouldn’t want to reverse the superglue method by putting the glue on the candlestick and the accelerator on the tray? Seems it might be easier to get the glue where you would want it on the candle stick.
Hi Loni! Yes, it definitely would have been much easier to put the glue on the actual candlestick, but then I would have had to spray the platters with that accelerator and I wanted to still keep the platters food safe. I didn't want to have all these chemicals on it where food might touch, so I figured if I sprayed just the ends of the candlesticks....it would just be better. I know that you'd end up washing the platters afterwards, but...I just didn't want to take a chance. Hope that helps explain why I did that. I guess I should have explained that in the video, because it did look logical to do it the other way around. Anyway, thanks for the compliment and I appreciate the question! You have a WONDERFUL weekend, Loni! XOXO
@@FLEAMARKETRESCUE Thank you! That’s exactly what I wanted to know. I appreciate the time you took to explain. I love your videos! Thank you and please keep them coming!
Went to esty shop I would like to buy a large fall decal I didn’t see any thing on ur shop do u think u might offer them because I have order from u before and I would love to continue to order from u thank u
Hi Jerry! Just let me know what you'd like and I can make it for you, as a custom order. Ok? Thanks! Email me at: fleamarketrescue@gmail.com or message me on Etsy. Thanks!
You know, Laurie....I didn't even realize I had done that, until I read your comment! I had to watch back the video just to see if I had really done that, but I guess I did. I was soooo tired...it was like my 8th project....it was late and I must have been on autopilot! I always leave the tags on, so that I can show everyone what I paid on video, but I obviously had forgotten to remove that one. I'm human...what can I say. Yes, Laurie....I would recommend removing all the tags before you paint your project! LOL Yikes!
Hi Patti! It's called Starbond. It's a two part glue. You put the glue on one side and on the other you spray the accelerant. When the two pieces meet they bond instantly. Here's a link for it that will allow you to get a discount on it: bit.ly/2TFXswz
Letty, I would just use regular paper for that. It will go around the bottle much easier. I had mine printed at Office Depot on regular paper. Hope that helps.
Well, my Mom and I had a storage unit that we together. We recently moved out of it and sold most all of our stuff! I try to work on the projects and put them in my booth right away so they aren't cluttering up my house, until I can figure out what I want to do next! Hope that helps answer that for you but yea...a storage unit really is ideal if you're doing a lot of projects and vintage markets!
I'm totally addicted to watching your channel...😂❤️❤️
Your projects in this episode look gorgeous and are awesome.
Thank you for having a fabulous channel.
Much love and blessings to you and your family🙏

I could totally see that three tiered tray being painted chalk white and antiqued
I would have sanded the cutting board first. Love the bottles. The price tag got painted onto the sheep? A stencil brush would make crisper lines with your JRV grain sack stencils.

I love that you use different brands of paint. Gives lots of options
I love your work & ideas!
The medium you are using is called "MOD" Podge.
I prefer the sheep white with black face.
Tell hubby to turn the tv down.. lol 😵💫
I love MOD Podge
Wish it came in 5 gallon buckets
Nobody seems able to read the front of the MOD Podge jar anymore. lol
Yes, it's AWESOME stuff!!!! I love it, too!!!!

Anyway, you have a AWESOME weekend, Suze and thanks again for taking the time to comment! XOXO
Love all your projects. My style for sure. You motivate me to create. Thanks for sharing.
Excellent video! Such fantastic transformations. Great ideas, too. I m getting inspired to do more mixed media art/junk journals, decoupage, etc. Thank you!
I've always wanted to make a tiered tray; thanks for your close-up camera angle, I can see really well how to do it!
XOXO
Wow! You are awesome!
The silver tray & the hydrangea basket were my favorites! You made some really special things!
XOXO
so glad you and your mom can do this together its great i have 3 girls and none of them like it my grand son does though just keep creating
XOXO
@@FLEAMARKETRESCUE thanks for the tips!
A suggestion for the tiered serving dish would have been to paint it and then use guilding wax on the details of the individual platters. It would have made it more cohesive, as there appeared to be a different sheen on the plates and candlesticks
Kelly, you have some great ideas. Everything turned out so pretty. Thank you for showing how to upcycle different projects. A Nana from Texas. 😊
XOXO
As Always I Love Your remakes! Happy Thrifting! And Remaking!
You can get the little wooden cups at Joann Fabric. They are "candle cups"
I did not know that! They worked out PERFECTLY!!!! I figured they had to be for something, but I just couldn't figure out what! LOL Mystery solved! HEE HEE Thanks, GloryB!!!
Loved these and the reminder clip of shopping with your mom made me giggle again! 😂 Still had some room 😉😂
Hi Kelli! So glad you loved the projects! Yea, that shopping spree was fun! LOL I need another one!!! HEE HEE And, my mom sure thought so....you heard her...."should we keep going?" LOL Anyway, thanks again, Kelli and you have an AWESOME weekend, my friend! XOXO
Love all that you do!
Why not use press n seal on your counter? It stays in one spot not like plastic bags that move around. Can pick it up at grocery store.
Hi Joan...good suggestion....thank you for that! XOXO
1st time viewer just found your channel today. Absolutely love your ideas! I learned so much. So glad I found you, looking forward to many more. Thank you for sharing.
Loved the tray. But I can’t figure out why, you didn’t just put the glue on the candle stick and spray the trays ?
Because it would be difficult to spray the excellorator in onto the tray.
I loved them all! Have you ever spray painted your hydrangea? They stay forever, I especially love to use them in my fall décor
Hi Michelle, i would love to know more about how you spray paint your hydrangeas. What do you use to spray on them? Thank you!
@@beckysmith7142 yes very light coats and flat paint works the best.
Floral design rule is never put 2 or even number of a flower in an arrangement. Always use odd numbers, 1,3,5. I see you figured it out on your own.🙂
Everything was so nice. I'm partial to the wooden tool boxes. I have about 8 of of all sizes.
XOXO
Love all of them
I love the 7,8,9 canisters❣️
Thank you, Rhonda!!!! XOXO
Hi there! I'm late to the party and just watched this video! 😆 What font did you use for the toolbox/planter that says “let's play in the dirt.”? I just love it! It reminds me of the font that Rae Dunn uses. 🙂 Super cute makeovers! 🫶🏻
I just have to say this- ignore the negative comments. 🤍🙌🏻
🕯 Blowing out other people's candles doesn't make yours burn any brighter 🕯️
ooooh you saved that sheep
That sheep has another life entirely now! LOL HEE HEE
XOXO
Great projects! Thanks !
Oh, and a tip I'd like to share, if you run out of or forget gloves, Goo Gone takes stain right off!
Love your ideas. It was all good but I really liked the duck egg blue bottle.
Hi Nancy! Thank you for the sweet compliment and for sharing which project was your favorite!!!!! I the Annie Sloan paint, especially in the duck egg blue! It's soooo pretty! Anyway, thanks for watching and for taking the time to comment! XOXO
Everything so beautiful 🌺
Awhhhh...thank you so much, Diana! I appreciate that! XOXO

Love all of your thrift flips. I have done wood canisters similar to yours - now I know what to do with them.
XOXO
Thank you for your inspiration
Was wondering why you didn't put the Starbond on the candlestick and the accelerator on the plate seems to me that would have been more accurate. Great idea though thanks for sharing all your good ideas
The reason that I didn't put the Starbond on the candlesticks was I would have had to spray that accelerator on the platters and I wanted to keep it as food safe as possible. It definitely would have been easier to do it that way, but then I would have had to worry about chemicals. I hope that clears that up...I guess I should have gave an explanation on why I was doing it that way in the video.
Loved this. And I ordered some glue and accelerator. Thanks for the discount.
XOXO
I enjoy your enthusiasm! Great job
Thank you, Dayna! XOXO
Theses are all great!

I just found your you tube channel. its great I love it.
I would have sanded off the saddle on the sheep and I can't believe you painted over the price label but the overall result was ok
I was like she’s gonna take the tag off. Lol nope! 🤦🏻♀️
@@FLEAMARKETRESCUE Merry Christmas to you as well
Hard to pick what was my favorite as they all turn out so cute n clever.
LOL
Shelly, I had sent you the measurements and a link to the video in the comments previously.

To bad we don’t live closer cuz I think between our two heads we could come up with some real winners DIY’s.
Really look forward to your videos. ♥️😊👍👍
Love the tray idea but I would have put the candlesticks upside down so there would be more surface area on the trays
Love all the projects! I noticed you didn’t seal the glass bottle? Do I need to do that for the chalk paint to stay on? Thanks for sharing!
XOXO

@@shellydehart8217 LOLOL yeah those are rare now...15 years ago they were very popular...(ups...i am old LOLOL)
XOXO
Great again !
Thank you, Katie!!!
New Subscriber, new DIY'er question.... do you ever divulge how much you price items you make? I would have no idea what kind of price to put on them.
love the Riser, would have been easier to stain if you had attached the egg cup feet and turned the item upside down to stain the feet, then stained the top.
Thanks, Dee Dee! Glad you loved the riser! XOXO
If u had turned the candle sticks over u would have more room on each tear. It was elegant.

I'm guessing you have an iPad, right?

Your ideas are great but why do you fiddel with your end product like flower arrangement, Lucy S A
They are all such great ideas!
U glue the candle stick.spray plate.ur doing vackwards
Could you list the glue name & spray accelerant
Hi Patti! It's called Starbond. It's a two part glue. You put the glue on one side and on the other you spray the accelerant. When the two pieces meet they bond instantly. Here's a link for it that will allow you to get a discount on it: bit.ly/2TFXswz
What type of paper should I have the wrap around labels printed on?
Letty, I would just use regular paper for that. It will go around the bottle much easier. I had mine printed at Office Depot on regular paper. Hope that helps.
Where do you store all the stuff you buy before you work on it?
Well, my Mom and I had a storage unit that we together. We recently moved out of it and sold most all of our stuff! I try to work on the projects and put them in my booth right away so they aren't cluttering up my house, until I can figure out what I want to do next! Hope that helps answer that for you but yea...a storage unit really is ideal if you're doing a lot of projects and vintage markets!
why did'nt you use the candlestick upside down
