You guys need to get a cab mount relocation kit to fit the 37s. That’ll involve cutting off the old ones and welding the new ones on, check out alpine designs they make a really beefy cab mount relocation kit and if you do that the 37s will fit just fine

Looking good so far. Needs a chrome delete, nerf bars, cat-back exhaust, and a cold air intake. Those things along with wheels and a small lift are generally the first mods I go to for a new truck.
Watching this brings tears to my eyes, my dad passed away this weekend and I was left with his 2022 tundra trd off road. I hope to be able to afford a build like this on his car one day.
I'd keep the body color, it looks dope with the bronze wheels.

Toyota tech here with a second gen tundra. Having experience with lifting them and modifying them to fit 35s and 37s. On the new ones 37 fits with the right alignment and just adjusting the fender liner but they do fit with no rubbing
Tundra looks so good. Pull the badges and Toyota stickers off. And black out the chrome around the grill

Good thing y’all used to working on turbo cars. These first gen tundra turbos have some issues. Do love the gray with bronze. Rethinking my black fuels now.
Can we get more Tundra content please? Proper suspension lift, turbo upgrades, blacked out chrome, etc etc??
If you all go with aftermarket Off-Road specific upper and lower control arms from Dirt King Off Road or Kings’s you will gain caster to clear the 37” tires. I would also recommend going after market front and rear fender from McNiel racing you will solve your clearance issues. Feel free to give me an invite to your shop if you all need anymore off road advice🙌🏾!

1.5 to 2 inch leveling kit up front and I imagine those 37's would have been just fine.

They put the readylift leveling kit on it, which is about 2.5"... still need to cut to fit 37s

I can’t believe you can fit 37’s with just a levelling kit on those new tundras! I feel like the previous gen could only fit 33’s being levelled??

I’ve got 35’s on my 16 tundra with just a level kit. Had to remove mud flaps and use the heat Gun on the front inner fenders. No rubbing.
@@shawnsmith9440 No, they didn't fit. You can barely turn on a level surface. It's an off road truck and mod. All looks and no substance.... sadly that's about perfect for a lot of people.
Stereo system and a super charger. The color is perfect, and the blacked out badging is on point.
You may put some off-roading lights at the front and put on the hood scoop n do some off-roady makeovers on the body..
I was hoping they would do what Quin said and put the rear 37’s on and the stock fronts, it would’ve been so funny

I think that Chrome trim around the front grill either needs to be paint matched or blacked out
Looks great! Would look cool to do a chrome delete and wrap that the same bronze as the wheels
Get a decked drawer system for it (if they make one) you'll be able to safely store everything you need well towing and you can still throw tires and stuff on top of it.
Gunna have to notch that frame - drive it a bit off road at lock
(had to notch frame on a 2020 with 35’s too, not that big of deal with a grinder and mig plate)

Do a light bar/roof rack on top of the truck
A decent weight distribution hitch with sway control would have smoothed everything out on the ranger. Add a Bluetooth brake controller and you’re golden. You can’t do anything about the back seat space unfortunately. This is mostly for people who tow heavy with their rangers. Try those things out before you buy a new bigger truck. If you’re lifted (or not) get yourself the Ford Performance tune.
Some dark window tint, side steps and a nice exhaust should complete this sweet truck👍

The 35’s look 👀 SWEET! I think you Cats should add Neoprene seat skins and add some BUMP to the standard sound system. Tint the windows, add some bronze accents, inside and out, and that’s it! SWEET!
If a bolt snapped coming off with the impact on something as new as that, that bolt had more issue's then oem.
yall are going to want helper springs or a little stronger rearend if youll be towing cars. also trutrac differential. gotta have an exhaust. bed toolbox. badass hitch. grill guard.
You guys do know that metal bracket that holds the mudflap screws in the front wheels is removable right? If you remove those brackets you won't need body mount chop to fit the 37s without rubbing.
Add some metal bumpers bigger fender flares tint headlights and tail lights and change the front grill to do a chrome delete and the electronic hide away side steps and a exhaust and cold air intake and possibly supercharge it.
Tube bumper next would be sick
Hit that front chrome with a brass vinyl to match the wheels 👍🏼

I say add some electric drop down running boards, cat-back exhaust and do the cold air intake to start with.
Trucks are the new import cars lol. Raised in the drift scene and building full touge cars, now I built an overland Tacoma. Happy to see truck builds. I would recommend doing a little more research into the mods. Instead of spacers there are shock replacements, 80 series rear coils and upper control arms that make fitting 37s doable. I say research a little more because it’s pretty common knowledge that pinning back the fender liner with an existing bolt hole and aligning the truck with more caster would have allowed you to keep the 37s. Love the truck builds keep ‘em coming 🤙🏽
Quinn if you pull back the fender liner and trim back some of the inner wheel well you might be able to move the fender liner back more freeing up some space as the hell normally they achieve that style looking way of a lift kit 🤔😊👍🏽🤙🏽♥️

Get rid of that silver trim around the front grill, put some rock sliders on it, maybe a new bumper to fit a winch on the front.

with a spacer lift like this you need to also add spacers to the factory bump stops or get extended bump stops
none of that is needed for pavement princesses
A little Sawzall work and those 37s would fit niiiiiice!
U should for sure go full JDM style and get a full grille/brush guard, tail light guards, rear bumper guard, and side steps from JAOS. Would be sweet to source some plasma blue ion tinted headlights or have flyryde pimp both the headlights and tail lights out with some super sequential LEDs. Idk if I've ever seen an LED light bar have patterns and rgb LED madness but that would be epic too. Not only that but when needed they should be able to provide pure white light. Definitely give it the starlight headliner treatment for those long nights working. Give it some bump too with a kickers sound system that utilizes the OEM infotainment system. It would be out of this world to be able to use that OEM screen to see all the vitals like oil pressure, battery voltage, etc too. Would look totally stock when the truck is off but when u start it up it'll be crazy 😊 just some ideas lol. Been a fan of Throtl for a long time and when I have the funds I plan on taking my vehicles to be done by u guys for sure! 😋

Not to compare brands, but the whole idea of replacing UCAs with most lifts is to gain function, by means of either having adjustable or built in added caster, and better ball joint options. Don’t know the specs of the readylift ucas, but it honestly looked like you could’ve easily fit the 37s with a higher caster alignment. Also to note, it kills me seeing you guys lift via spacers on all your truck builds. You obviously know your stuff in the tuner world, and we never see you slam cars via lowering springs; adjustable coil overs are always the answer - lowered, lifted, stock, principles are the same. Hope to see some more mods in the future!
Just bought a 2022 Tundra limited double cab 6.5 ft bed last week in this same color. may need some new wheels after seeing this video.

The new 3rd gen Tundra on 37s looks clean might got that way with mine.
Horn chop/body mount chop would have easily done the job to clear the 37s.
I thing the 35s look better anyway it gives the appearance of a bigger lift now that there is more room between the upper fender and tire

Spacer lifts are not my favorite option. However, they are good enough for 90% of people.

Offroad lighting ,power
Start with a visor over the windshield, and maybe a light bar. Leave the truck that color, but match everything else (chrome, lettering, trim, etc) to the color of the wheels. And of course the company logo from the front of the doors all the way back to the back doors, make it BIG!

Add a bit of positive front caster, then trim front bumper as needed.
Should have kept the 37”. A heat gun to the fender linner and massaging it, would have fix the rubbing issue. If, it was not rubbing on the body frame.

I love my 37x13.5 and with literally just a little of persuasion I made them fit on my 2010 f150 with a 2.5 inch lvl kit.... very slight rub even offroading
Put KC Lights, Rock Sliders, Actual lift kit from Old Man Emu, TRD Pro Grille and after market exhaust then you set!

I was surprised you didn't throw a brake upgrade on it while the wheel were off :-) I think the 35's are perfect.
The 37s can fit. That "frame" piece should be a removable bracket without any function. Guys have been unbolting that piece and no issues beyond that.
bumpers and grill maybe lights but how did the exhaust not get changed in the first video?
Install some retractable/power running boards and a truck bed bar/rack like the what the Ram TRX or Chevy Colorado ZR2 has 🙌🏻🔥

Basic lol, new tundra's are awesome! Twin turbo v6 for the win! Wish I could have got one over my 2019. Went from a top of maybe maybe 17mpg to 23 with the new motor. Good choice boys!

idk if this is gonna tow aswell itll probably sag alot more without leafs in the rear unlike the ranger youd have to get bags to make up for the lower load rate of coils

man yall are killing me haha I'm currently looking for a truck was considering 15-18 gmc sierra but the cost point is between 30-45k with a wide bandwidth of odo where as the new tundra is roughly around the same cost, tows the same and would be new with warranty :)
