  • The Casio CT-S1000V is a great 61-key keyboard that has a ton of features with additional vocal options. Tom and Dr Chris are here to take us through some of the key features and why this is such a great piece of kit.

I'm wondering if one may input their own vocals through the synth but not with a synth sound. I watched the complete video but it was not clear on whether a natural voice input recording mix is possible. In other words, is it only a text to sound from the Casio, rather than an outside vocal creation or voice of the user that may be integrated. I'm a bass player turning to play keyboards so not familiar.

Eh? Everything and it's grandmother can record or transform your voice. The whole point, raison d'etre of this thing is that it does NOT need your voice but has it's own?!?! You're asking how to drive an airplane on a country road basically - whether or not it *can* be done is immaterial since no one sane is going to ever do it, you buy an airplane to FLY the thing, not drive on country roads!!!
You want AutoTune which is around since forever. This is specifically NOT autotune...
