She's brilliant, that is an understatement! I can't believe I lived with all my other heroes and heroines of "the pen" here in Canada, and unbeknownst to me, across the ocean lived/lives a kindred soul, a miniscule part of myself- not that I am smart like her...WHY ISNT HER POETRY TRANSLATED! HER PROSE IS PURE POETRY TOO BUT WHY NOT THE ACTUAL VOLUMES OF VERSE. PUBLISHERS WAKE UP PLEASE!!!! Dear Olga if you should see this PLEASE ARGUE FOR THEIR PUBLICATION IN ENGLISH- after I re-read your novels, what will I do!?! I apologize for NOT leaving paperback copies of your work around- when I was younger, I had the money and would, along with LEONARD COHEN, esp his BOOK OF MERCY. One should "gift" others in this spiritual way, I agree. Why must books cost SO MUCH- the writers don't benefit? I am no writer so all I can say is, I LOVE, ADMIRE, your novels- THANK YOU FOR GIVING YOURSELF TO THE WORLD.
