Space is always one of those things that is easy to fill up but hard to create, I think it’s always better to for something bigger than you need. That way, when it is raining you can have a bigger area under cover.
I have the greenwood 4 2023. The front door is very difficult to zip close. We have tried loosening the guy lines on both sides but it hasn't helped. I am wondering if the poles at the front door should be at the porch and vice-versa!!
The poles are colour coordinated so it would be worth double checking that. Failing that before you peg/pitch it, I would shut the door to make sure it’s can’t be over stretcher.
I am considering buying it fro a summer vacation on a mountain camping park where it can be bit windy sometimes. How good is this design in windy conditions? I am worried the front would create a sail effect.
Can you please advise if the tent in the video is the 5 or the 6? Also when folding the tent in the end you put a yellow peg on top before you start rolling. Any reason for that?
What's the minimum distance away from the tent the guylines can be pegged out? Campsite space is limited and I'm concerned the guylines will add a significant amount to the footprint of the tent.
I would suggest the minimum distance was no closer than 100cm from the tent edge. So this would add 200cm to the width of the tent. I would also recommend that the guyropes are around 150/200cm off the front and back of the tent.
For the video we have used our own pegs which we use for each pitching video. The main six corners has ‘V’ Pegs and then just steel round head pegs for the rest of the pegging points. It is good to use plastic pegs for the guyropes as well.
We just bought this tent. Got it infront of me and we are about to find out if it’s as easy as this video shows to pitch it. 😁

If you are in a windy spot it might be witty considering an air tent or a steel poled tent as they perform better in more challenging conditions.

So the tent in the video is the Greenwood 6 and there was no reason for putting the peg in the tent tbh.
