A lot of people would be more tempted to buy because it looks finished with greenery and they don’t have to do a thing. Adding the terra cotta pots and greenery into the terrarium was pure genius. Your prices are verrrrrrry reasonable. There would be no reason to reconsider purchasing an item....if they love it....it’s a great price....so grab it 👍 and dash to the cash register. These flips are beautiful! Honestly, I have a hard time parting with money sometimes (too much time with too little money), but I wouldn't have a problem with any of your prices. I think you have some of the best pricing I've seen on flips, especially for the time you put into them. I had to go back and look over everything again to pick a favorite, but I could only narrow it down to 2. I especially love the Gather sign and the Chicks Inn. I absolutely love watching all your videos. I've been refinishing, thrifting, and creating for a booth now for several years. You are the first youtubber that I've found that does the same thing. You inspire me when I feel like I'm in a rut or not feeling creative. I live in a mid sized city, so my prices are definitely more, but competitive with my area. Which I know you are doing with your area too. That is one tip I've given to people is to know who your clients are. Do you ever do larger furniture pieces? Have I missed those videos somewhere? I'd love to see those!

I'm painting bookshelves. I put 2 coats of the black onyx on and it was so smooth and beautiful. Then I tried using my Valspar white chalk paint. 2 coats later and I wasn't happy with it. I realized chalk paint is too expensive for big items lol. I couldn't find your Kilz so I got a gallon of Glidden Quick Cover in flat white. It's working much better than the chalk. I'm still on the lookout for the Kilz though. Thank you for your wonderful videos and willing to share so much wonderful information with us. 💖💜💖

I absolutely love watching all your videos. I've been refinishing, thrifting, and creating for a booth now for several years. You are the first youtubber that I've found that does the same thing. You inspire me when I feel like I'm in a rut or not feeling creative. I live in a mid sized city, so my prices are definitely more, but competitive with my area. Which I know you are doing with your area too. That is one tip I've given to people is to know who your clients are. Do you ever do larger furniture pieces? Have I missed those videos somewhere? I'd love to see those!

What Dawn Cruz said! Awesome video! Your prices are very reasonable. I'd gladly pay those prices for any of your beautiful items. Btw... I bought a gallon of the black onyx. I love it! I'm painting bookshelves. I put 2 coats of the black onyx on and it was so smooth and beautiful. Then I tried using my Valspar white chalk paint. 2 coats later and I wasn't happy with it. I realized chalk paint is too expensive for big items lol. I couldn't find your Kilz so I got a gallon of Glidden Quick Cover in flat white. It's working much better than the chalk. I'm still on the lookout for the Kilz though. Thank you for your wonderful videos and willing to share so much wonderful information with us. 💖💜💖
