      @@hettbeans I think also it would be good to see the different working breeds actually how they work, for example shepherding dogs, and (although I don't agree with blood "sports") the functions of small dogs like Yorkshire Terriers that were designed to go down into burrows and such to flush animals out, the way the various gun dogs work, eg springers, pointers, retrievers, etc. Also sight hounds like greyhounds etc. I think it would be good as a separate video to the idea of the other type of working dogs - as the OP mentioned

    Dogs have always been such a big part of my life in all shapes and sizes so it always makes me a little sad to see people afraid of the larger breeds and think they are mean. But in India when you have wild street dogs it’s understandable that you would grow up avoiding them. Just bums me out to see them afraid of such good and loyal breeds like the Rottweiler, Doberman Pincer, and German Shepard, those are the very ones who would die to protect you and your family.

    Aside from working dogs (guard dogs, Shepard dogs, police dogs, hunting dogs, guide dogs, etc.) most dogs are a luxury. They are wonderful companions and friends, but they can be quite expensive to buy, feed and provide healthcare for. And while they seem to fear the big dogs, they really are the most calm and gentle dogs. Some small dogs can be very aggressive, and I think that is because they are constantly afraid of bigger animals. And they can also be annoying with their constant barking and yipping. The big dogs are more confident, more relaxed and sometimes more affectionate;

      @chaosgoettin 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Dogs are dogs. some; like the pomerian, were specifically bred to be a guard dog. yes, the small fluffy ones are inferious guard dogs. Thus, they bark at just everything and everyone. You get a dog, you agree that they bark. If you choose to use electric shocks ("anti bark collar) or cut their voice cords, you don't deserve a dog. Actually, most dogs are guard dogs in one way or another.

    It seems they're calling the most affectionate and loving breed of dog "dangerous" lol never a bad dog, only bad owners. Those dogs/fur babies are the most loving guys you can find. My German Shep, Pixie, was my bestie for 10 years. My best bud. Reminded me when I needed to do things, like take out the trash... She'd pull the entire can to the back door and lightly smack it against the door (chipping the paint over the years, still haven't repainted that door 😭) My mom has always considered her her other, furry child 🤣. She really was my best bud. My eyes and ears too, my cat did something and she'd come and try to tell on him. RIP Pixie. She passed a few days before her 11th birthday peacefully in her sleep. We'd spent her last year together during the covid lockdown, pretty much 24/7 having fun and doing all her goofy favorite things to do and play fighting with her cat brother.

    The danger of a dog really depends on how they are raised. With the proper care and attention they really don't have to be dangerous at all.
    I have two dogs, twin sisters, they're a mix breed consisting of labrador, English stafford, and Rottweiler. Most would consider these dogs to be dangerous because it has some 'dangerous species' in there... but they'd rather have flies hurt them than hurt a fly. They're giant lapdogs, love cuddles and the most dangerous thing they'd do is lick your face.
    Of course they're animals and they've got their instinct, they will protect me when needed, I know that much, but everyone attacks when threatened, this isn't just the dogs.
    And small dogs can be just as dangerous as big dogs.
    Anyway, I loved all of these dogs, they were abolutely adorable.

    Love the content this time around, dogs are great to learn about. 😁
    Funny how Raeen asks Babu for a cute tiny dog, but Babu is absolutely correct: it would be better to adopt homeless dogs than to spend huge money on a pedigreed breed. Pedigree dogs of refined breeds, unfortunately, commonly have health issues. The pug, for example, because of the flat, squished face, often suffers from breathing problems.
    On the other hand, mutts, strays, dogs that are local, they know how to survive in your area, they usually are much more hardy than high class dogs. If you can teach it to listen and do as you ask, give it lots of love like a member of the family, and take good care of it, with a great deal of patience, love and discipline, you will have a wonderful dog despite its humble blood.
    Just remember, be kind to your dog, what a dog becomes and how it behaves is often the fault of humans.

    Some of those dogs are clipped, go to hairdresser to get their hair cut in different ways. Labrador Retrievers are beautifully natured dogs. They have webbed toes for swimming, to retrieve birds. Master shoots bird, it falls in water, and dog swims to get bird. They are usually very good with children, and are a loving animal. Also joyful and silly.
    Many, many families have dogs or cats as pets in North America. Dogs love unconditionally. They never judge or hurt, just love.
    There are lots of funny videos of dogs, cats, birds, etc. Maybe they would enjoy some.

He loved people, but when he turned about 1, he did get more protective, but NOT in a dangerous way.
