A lot of people think they should always be buying and selling something. That's a mistake. 99% of successful investing is waiting, learning and getting extremely lucky with the market.
I always want to be trading something at my early stages of coming into the market which made me FOMO resulting in me losing a lot of money. At one point I had to use a coach in the person of *Jessica Meador Jones* who grew my $115k capital to $175K in 3 months.
It will be a financial error to invest without any form of professional advice or guidance, Anyways just google her and see what her services are like.

I've heard about this broker and how productive she is.
I used to read this guy's research and listen to his analysis, but this cyclicals, sectors, delta variant talk is just plain weak. Not one mention of debt-ceiling and the effects of the 800-900+ bil liquidity drain on the mkt in the aftermath of the debt-ceiling raise...seriously? September could work out like he described, but it could also likely be the last chance to get out near current YTD returns before the rolling correction into December. Also, NOBODY knows how next yr is going to be like, lets just leave it at that.

Nobody truly has anything idea how the market would be. But I still believe US SP500 companies are the place to be.
@@mr.sarcasm3080 I do listen to Jeff Gunlach in terms of macro and rates, and makes my own judgement about equities from that. Mohamed El-Erian is another decent commentator who is pretty level-headed and only speak when he has something real to say.
I agree. This is their last ditch effort to try to get retail to buy the bag that's about to be dumped on their heads. China is at the conception of a liquidity crisis, and financial meltdown. The show is about to begin.

Yes but some at JP Morgan are also say correction. So which one do you pick? I dare you to buy puts on the entire market and lose all your money by the end of the year. Wall street has been buying SPY 500 calls. SPY is going higher. They are wrong too but most of the time they are right.

What, you think retail investors having 100's of billions of dollars of purchasing power lying around? Retail investors can't move the S&P 500. No-one has that amount of capital to move trillion dollar industries, not even institutions
You sound like a paranoid retail investor who never makes money. Marko has been the biggest bull on the street for pretty much the entire year. Was he trying to get "plebs" to buy while JPM was dumping this entire time?
Know one in their right mind should listen to JP Morgan they're ten years behind.
I'm always amazed that this is not considered direct market manipulation ... Instead they rather blame a small group of redditors if s*** is hitting the fan. Everything points to a massive correction, which is coming in the next weeks. Some people with significant amount of holdings are already pulling out of the market, others struggle to do so because then people would notice. So they need time to unload smaller amounts onto retail investors ... Channels like CNBC are the perfect tools for this strategy, because they directly target the retailers. And let's be honest - no serious investor takes their info from there ... they just use those channels to influence the market.

September-October will be a major scare for the markets. Despite the record level stimulus, liquidity will be the greatest of concerns. This is rather a big call but I would short General Motors with a strong buy after their rescue in the form of government assistance akin to 2008 or a merger between GM and a large EV player, ahem... Tesla. But in the end up until the New Year, governments around the world will pump unlimited liquidity in the global markets and we should see boom starting 2022. Yes, the Delta and potential variants are of concern but these things will be hard to predict on what effect it will have on the market. My take is that any prolonged and expanded forms of variants are actually great for tech, and tech is the long-term buy, especially in biotech.

I personally see a lot more problems with our economy then just covid..chip shortage is huge..I work for an auto company and we are literally working almost part time and have been for a while..debt is a problem..inflation with minimum wage raises..supply chain issues that can't be solved quickly...labor shortage...not to mention this country is very divided at this point. I see a lot more bad then good

It’s not the job of a wealth manager or analyst to be optimistic or pessimistic. It’s their job to be correct. If they’re wrong more than they’re right, they lose money by way of losing clients and assets under management. Their reputations are built on accuracy.

Elliott Wave & Fibonacci major resistance @ 4,600. Also Fibonacci duration predicts a major market top in 2021. Market is doing a topping pattern. He is talking about a couple % gains from here @ 4,440 but the potential for a correction is increasing. Risk/reward not really there…

I love your video at large but i will advice everybody who is into cryptos to Stick with ETH and BTC as much as you can guys. If everyone sells when it starts to fall, which at one point it will, the dream may be lost because of it being too volatile for companies to get behind.

I think the S&P retests 4k in the next two weeks. We need a 10% pullback. That said, our economic growth has been stagnating. Keeping the power dry until we approach a good 10% pullback in the SPY. Should rally before the end of the year, but historically we're due for a correction.

@@wread1982 You can. Fed's loose monetary policy gives investors very little opportunity elsewhere. If rates went up and Fed cut back, investors would find opportunity elsewhere and money would leave the stock market. Right now there's no alternative.

Buying (dollar cost averaging) has worked very well for the last 10+ years. You will be the bag holder if you sell when it goes down.

If assume there’s no ulterior motive here to increase buy volume: look what he’s saying: he’s saying max upside is less than 10% from here, and the downside is potentially 20% or more which would you only take the S&P down to around 3500 near the previous pivot high.
