When I say I was dying the entire video 😂😂. Quan was really breathing through that pain 😂. But soon the roles will be switched. But I just want to give advice to Riss: labor is literally dealing a lot with your mental. The more relaxed and prepared your mind is the better you can deal. Now if you need medication then it’s always there. I tried to do the epidural but I was already 9cm and we didn’t know it so it was pointless and I felt everything 🤦🏽♀️. But do what’s best for you and what you can handle. Create a loving and peaceful space in your delivery room. & you are right that Quan is only getting a glimpse of what we go through because the transition period at 7cm to 10cm is the beast. It’s when everything turns up lol. I had labor in the front and the back. It’s going to be intense but it’s so rewarding when it’s all done. But I pray a beautiful labor and delivery for you guys. ❤️
