Gayu... I was looking for this dish... I saw many recipes on TH-cam. Somehow I was convinced. The way of cooking, ingredients... didn't satisfy me. Your this recipe took my heart. I make the same yennegai badanekai. I am basically from Dharwad...I live in Assam. I don't get such badanekai here. Here brinjals are very different. Can't make such pallya. I definitely can make Biranji Anna and long Shimla mirch filled with the same stuffing.. thank you so much Gayu. I have shared this recipe with my sisters and friends. Gayu... I have a request... As you said your sister in law lives in Ranibennur. Given a chance whenever you visit Ranibennur... please do make one more video of Biranji Anna. We viewers don't mind watching the same recipe twice with two different people. Thank you so much once again Gayu.

This dish is really very tasty I do this dish quite often , but here you need to add shahijeera instead of normal jeera and many more spices like nutmeg and it's petals (jaipatre)
And ginger too and coconut milk instead of gratedcoconut
Side dish along with ennegayi, aalu kurma and coconut chutneny. this dish is basically from Bellary district.
Gayatri don't take this is a bad comment I'm just trying to suggest to make
this dish much more tastier
