I grew up in Georgetown, SC... perpetually haunted! I love the Grey Man and Alice of the Hermitage. The Old Gunn Church wasn't fenced off when I was little and we'd go there often. It is extremely creepy and if ghosts exist, it's haunted for sure! My family and I live in Charleston now and when we photographed at the City Jail on a tour, I got SO MANY orbs in the photos! As haunted as Charleston may be, Georgetown still feels more haunted for some reason.
I grew up in Charleston and went back to visit in that same year - 2019. I too went here but at night; during the Ghost tour and went inside the jail. I ended up getting paranormal visuals on my cell phone photos, while touring the jail and its grounds. I must say the energy is very thick/heavy here. There are lots of skeletal remains buried in the big backyard of the jail (so the tour guid said). Also, in the daytime, ghosts had appeared in my photos near the Slave museum. While I was watching your video, there is a visible white fog/mist that blows behind you from your left shoulder to your right shoulder then off camera, and at that time you glanced behind you in that direction. Has anyone told you yet? It's at about 4:15 mins. into your video.
I’ve always heard about Newberry being haunted. But have never experienced anything extremely spooky there. I’m from Prosperity so not too far from you.
their is a old grave yard next to my house my house i’ve heard stories from other people who would park down there at the dead end but i never experienced anything until i went down there with an evp recorder and boy i’ll never do that again lol
Yes I seen it! A man walking by. We just got back from vacation in Charleston. My hometown here in Sumter is very haunted as well. A lot of the war was fought here.
