A video taped in the new ride will be released the 15th of oktober, together with the official release of this song as promotion of the new ride and in honor of the old one. Edit: They named it "The ghost in me" on their official page. The newsarticle I cited was apparently wrongly informed and has since chanced the name as well.
All official DVDs have so many close ups that we can’t enjoy the full light show. Now this footage is perfect. The show was so spectacular to watch it deserves to be released in this format. I’d pay extra to have 2 discs, the official edit and then this footage on the 2nd DVD. I NEVER use this word as it’s overused and meaningless in most cases but this footage is AWESOME. Thank you so much for sharing it

I was there, two days in a row, had they played Saturday I would have been there for the third too. back in Norway now and waiting for the next one from this amazing band.

I will check for possible quality improvements on my pc after I am back at home in few days, but unfortunately even the file on my phone does not have rich fine detail because I had to use a weird zoom factor to get a reasonable framing from my position.
I was actually surprised that the sound is as good as it turned to be, but I will certainly buy a bluray edition of their offical stream once it is available.
It was amazing but i was a bit dissapointed of the setlist. Why did they put last crusade and phantom agony in a stupid medley? Also expected kingdom of heaven and songs like mother of light. But i still loved every second
Disappointed with this setlist. For those who have followed the band since the beginning, this should be a show of classics and not songs that we are tired of seeing live. In the best songs, Simone doesn't even appear singing. I didn't like it!
Couldn't agree more! I'm a fan for more than half of my life and I heard too many songs they performed live again and again, as I went to +10 shows. I was dissapointed when I heard the beggining of the last crusade but quickly realised that it's not what I expected. I absolutely loved this show BUT still - they chose the "safe" and liked songs, instead of something special for the fans who remember the release of DYU, like me.
I was also dissapointed at the beggining but I realized how people around me reacted on those popular songs...they love it...they are just giving people what the majority wants to hear. I think it was a wonderful show. It was not an anniversary show. What do you mean by Simone not singing?
I did not do that. I had seat in the first row, placed my phone on the railing and never looked at it again. Perfect way to enjoy the show AND have a nice video. But I wish my hands were steady enough to hold it like that for two hours 😉
This is not right, you're stealing. That whole orchestra needs to be paid and so are all the artists that have participated. Take this down. I'm for sure reporting it.
As far as i know the copyrightholder gets paid, because all the songs were copyright claimed. And my channel is not monetized, so I will never profit in any way at all. But if there is any message from an official source I will delete it as quickly as possible.
How's this piracy? Both nights were sold out, the stream brought in thousands of views and while I'm very grateful for the upload, compared to the real thing or at least live stream quality this upload merely suffices to refresh the memory. Not one person who can afford the stream and appreciates Epica enough to really enjoy this to the fullest extent will think "meh, I'll just watch some phone footage afterwards". This won't cost the band one cent. If anything it's free promo.

I really love Epica and enjoy this, but personally I think the 10th Anniversary Retrospect Show is still unbeatable..
It's clear that they weren't trying to beat it.

You had such an amazing angle of Tides of time, I was off to the side so I mostly saw fog
