I used to be terrible at basketball. I would always get picked last when I play basketball with my friends. After this guide I am the one who chooses my team. ❤
@@MCG11TH-camOfficialIm not even kidding this single tip HELPS A LOT. After implementing this, I started making like 2-3x more than before and i was quite shocked. So i dont think the guy above is really capping but idk
I used to be so good at basketball. I would always get picked first when I play basketball with my friends. After this guide I am the one who they would've chosen last in my team
No wonder i was struggling. My guide hand doesn’t let go early that is why sometimes when i shoot it’s too short. Then figured it out by practicing and this actually is the perfect form. 😅 Letting go of your left hand early before releasing the ball actually makes the release so easy and consistent. Ye my english suck mb 😂
You need to fake you're jumping but you can't leave the ground you need to stretch the legs and raise your heel and the rest of your foot stay on the ground just do it with the same timing as your jump when you do jumpshots
Bro! I was just 2/24. Used this method and now I’m hitting more consistently. Yaw stop shooting with 2 hands. Let go the left and completely flick the right just like the video. Practice! Practice doesn’t make perfect. Perfect practice makes perfect.
Try a heavy ball than a regular ball . You gain strength when repeating the same movement.. or just lift weights by doing hammer curls. Kinda weird but it makes your fore arm stronger . You start to shoot better .. I don’t even have to jump when shooting any more .
Did anybody notice that Patty actually missed this shot? Listen to the ball hitting the rim then bouncing on the court. And no swish of going through the net. Also the expression on his face and the slumping of his shoulders. That's not to say that the technique is incorrect or anything. It was simply a missed shot. I wish I knew him so I could asked whether he remembers missing or not.
when i was like 15 I used to have guide hand problems but was good at floaters and i used to try n fix my jumper by onehand floater releasing on em. now i just keep my offhand LOOSE. no longer looks one handed or like it just slips off
nope u want that guiding hand to follow up to the release but not like all the way feel me u gotta have the ball with u if u release it too early its gonna make the ball go unbalanced its hard to explain but u need to have the guid hand involvbed
Disagree. Your left hand has to be involved in giving the ball a slight push so you can shoot further. To shoot a 3 pointer using the method he just demonstrated, you have to be really strong
No you don’t. I’m not weak, but I’m not strong either. And I can pull this off just starting. Eventually your arm and wrist strength will get there where you can consistently shoot like this
Paddy Mills is the goat of Australian basketball!
Ben
@@faiwong9932Patty is better than him
what about luc longley.
@@pressss.3422 yeah he won a lot at the bulls, but I still reckon Patty just for all the things he has done.
Technically kyrie irving is the best

Paddy is such an underrated Spurs legend

Glad Ben Simmons isn’t teaching us how to shoot
Fax
lmao
Fr
Nah he’s good now
I know yeah
The flick on that wrist is mad 😂😂
That’s how you’re supposed to shoot the ball. If you look at MOST elite shooters, they’re flicking like that.
Actually helped my form thanks! 😁
Thanks for teaching me
Excellent!
Great tips!
Thanks bro now i can improve my shooting better then last time👍
ayy let's go!
The remix of “Take My Breath Away” from the original Top Gun was an interesting choice here.
Thanks...this helped me alot
Thank you so much. Now my shots are very accurate thanks bro😂❤
u helped ALOT with this
Patty! We miss you in SATX!
Thanks my brother
Please make more videos like this
Helpful ❤
Look at that flick of that wrist
Can you please do a free throw technique tutorial? My jumpshot is fine but I just can’t shoot free throws consistently
Better hope they don't get claxton

Before Patty was known in the US, he was cooking Team USA. You already knew he was going to the league.
patty mills has the perfect release
Patty Mills is always straight butter in 2k
That is what my coaches tell me
When can i move my hand again, it has been 3 days i am a bit tired.
Glad he didn’t say the fingertip bs nobody actually can shoot with their palm but only fingertips you gonna be shooting short😂
what shoes are those? spec name pls.

This actually helped me😂
Got it
It works for some people. Other people like to release it of using their thumb from the other hand like steph curry
Different kinda shooting then what I’m used to but good tips regardless
That is the smoothest form I’ve ever seen
Thankyou
Thanks man i tho u keep ur left hand stuck to the ball thanks man
Ok let me tell u how it feels its like a one hand shooting drill but take off the guide hand with u release
😮
name of the shoe please
I wish i had a basketball court
Dam those muscles can I donate lol
Ahhhh I always used both hands, How can you do it when its far?

how do i fix my shot hand coming over into my guide hand?

I miss spurs patty 😢❤️
Going to try now, think my guide hand sends me off
Never heard him talk until now
It’s is extremely hard for me to not use my guide hand it’s like it has a mind of its own always interfering with my shot
Paddy Mills one feels uncomfortable and off balance for me bruh u need strength to pull off one like that off the dribble from far too

No matter how many times i watch how to shoot a ball properly i still suck. i just chuck it now.
thats my uncle-
I used to cook with patty mills in 2k 3pt demon
That shoulder pocket could hold a basketball💀🗿
Bro my guide hand always moves a bit but i am equally consistent, is that ok
i would say if it’s working for you keep doing it it’s a flaw but look a Halliburton if you find and adjustment that improves it go for it
If it ain't broke, you don't gotta fix it, simple as that Man.
My shooting form is sloped can someone help pls
I love his accent!
PATTY MILLs
Not a bad Shot tbh it’s pretty nice

Reminder: keep your hand in the cookie jar
Original name of song please
My guide hand interferes with my shot so often and it’s extremely frustrating cause I know it’s the main reason my shot isn’t consistent
Your thumb??
@@HaloPlays84 no, the other digits
He shoots like me
That thumb crazy long
What if you have a thumb flick?
Bro, that's Shaq free-throw 😂
I can never use my guide hand like that i either dont have enough power in my shot or i just dont have the muscle memory to do it
Disagree. Your left hand has to be involved in giving the ball a slight push so you can shoot further. To shoot a 3 pointer using the method he just demonstrated, you have to be really strong
