I agree with you on everything but I dont agree on deliberately loosing, that is an impossible fact in professional sports, no businessman wants to loose, people become fans only when their team wins, especially youth(future fans), they dont want to be disappointed even if their favorite player plays in that club, RCB is just a bad group of people and poor culture just like PBKS and DC. The reason these teams dont win is because they are just not run very well as a club.
