@Hezekiah Nathanael Stupid Scammer - SCAM They give you some random combination of letters and numbers as if that's the magic password lol. Before you can even see if it works for yourself, they make you agree that if it doesn't work you still have to pay... They're either smart or you’re stupid. I say you're stupid 🤣
I bought a Landroid Worx in 2016 on a 15 ares plot of land, partly sloping. The robot is still operational, just a battery change after 5 years (65 EUR) and some blades to be turned once a month. No more cost of petrol or maintenance (spark plugs, oil). The grass is greener, no more grass collection, no more fertiliser, no more moss, and even the moles are gone.
I assume you have to take the wire up (perimeter wire) when winter comes (snow, etc). I live in a snowy climate in the US where we have snow from November/December to April. I am 66 yrs old, pretty computer savvy. Would I be able to install one of these? (I have a 3/4 an acre lot.)
Very interesting video. Thank you for that. My new Landroid M WR 143 E tells me that it findes no wire. I connected the wire from my older Landroid with the parking station of the new one. Could it be that the older wires from Landroid arn't compatible with the new mowers?
Trafegon music to my ears! I currently have two ride on mowers and a push mower and it takes me 3-4 hours. Going to enjoy watching it with a beer on. Did it work ok with wifi?
I just started thinking about getting an automower and looks like WORKS offer a balance between price and features. But those exposed charging terminals made me worry about kids and animals. Are these terminals constantly under voltage? or just when the robot is docked? Another question - what about rain? is it on to have robot sitting in the rain, like staying outdoor all season? Thank you
The tension is low, I believe there is absolutely no danger. The robot can stay out all summer season long. I did it last year and I didn't have any problems. This year I decided to build a small shelter DIY because I was sorry to keep it in the rain and the scorching sun.
What if your power is on an 'island' of your guidewire? Is there a special procedure for this? Ie. docking station is on a shed ~2m in from the overall garden boundry?
Hello, I would like to ask you if in your opinion it makes sense to place the perimeter wire slightly closer to the wall to reduce and in some cases eliminate the space where it does not pass and leaves the grass. Thank you.
10cm from an edge it can drive onto. 26cm from a wall or ditch that it needs to avoid hitting. @trafegon is not correctly using the cardboard measuring template. The 0 should be on either the wire or the edge, and the appropriate mark for the necessary distance is the other point.
What happens with the grass it cuts? Is there any box/reservoir to collect it (like regular lawn mowers), or it just leaves the grass there? If it leaves it there, do you need to go and manually collect it from time to time? I know it should decay, but I'm not sure if it's fast enough.
hey, yes it is fast enough to decay, you have to consider that you probably cut your grass once a week or go longer between cuts resulting in a lot more grass shavings to pick up. Imagine now you have this mower out every day (minus rainy days), the shavings are almost negligible and are great fertilizer for the grass itself. No reservoir to hold grass to answer your question this is a "set it and leave it" type setup. good luck.
Ok. Ho una stradina che separa il mio giardino a metà,composta da lastre di pietra non esattamente in piano con dislivelli di pochi cm… Ci rischio la lama?

Dont use the 26 cm mesure stick unless you wont to cut the last 10 cm your self afterworth. With a 26 cm distance it does not cut too the edge.
