I just don't want to screw up, it just hit me like a ton of bricks, if I screw up, if I use the wrong tube or something, could people show up with diseases they don't have 🤔😰
Sooo helpful thank you so much . Im certified but im so confused!! I was taught yellow is first blood cultures but nowadays im seeing so many differnt order of draws😢 can i ask for your help? Pls
It would be most helpful to present ALL your tube information consistently using the Order of Draw... Even the items in your b,g. should show the order of drawing.... This would make it easier to follow and provide repetition which promotes learning...
Think of good questions to ask people taking it (get it writing the exam 🥁). But in all serious don't go in til you feel prepped, know the material to know it and use the experiences of others. Base the material you look at over what the test emphasizes as important and also what the books/teachers have told you to know!

How long after graduation would you suggest preparing for/taking the ASCP EXAM?
Right away. While it's fresh!
