The guy at the 7 min mark doesn’t realize that there are many blind spots on those box trucks and small vehicles, motorcycles, bicyclists, and people aren’t easily seen.
Thats correct of course, but most of times these situations could still be avoided by drivers just turning their heads one time. That onbiously doesnt justify always cruising in blind spots, but Im a quite new rider and I had several of these situations already while just passing through the blind spot - meaning it can always happen when passing by cars and trucks.

Personally, I would have approached her after she parked and tried to have a conversation with her about how nervous she made me by getting so close to my bike. It sounds like this guy ran up the the window like a bed-wetter and acted all dramatic. So, to respond to how we would react, there's no use risking an assault charge over what could have been a simple conversation in an educationable moment.
