IMO, the only thing I would find confusing about the movie is seeing it without watching both WandaVision, Loki, NWH, and What If, which are extremely recommended to watch as prerequisites and to completely understand because they are referenced heavily throughout the movie. Good thing I watched them prior to MoM or else I would have been lost.
I'm just glad we are finally seeing how powerful she is. One of my favourite characters in the MCU.. it honestly annoyed me how they bypassed and minimised her in most of the avengers films, when she is more powerful than all of them combined.

I think it’s a given that, as a result of the collapsing universe, as Christine said “the you in this universe did nothing to stop it” so if you look around the sanctum in the incursion universe, there are bones surround the building so those people went to him seeking refugee and he let all of those people die.. The quality of CGI (computer-generated imagery) really looks very cheap and very unprofessional in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Its plot is unfortunately, very shallow, full of flaws and very questionable, reducing it to a story that treats its vast viewer groups to mere brainless movie-goers that cannot think for themselves and cannot compare and link to past MCU movie cues provided in the past successful MCU movies. Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is really disappointing to say the least about it being directed by the wrong person to spoil the many goodnesses achieved in the past successful MCU movies. This movie badly needs a re-boot to bring the story line back on track if it is to win back many heart-broken faithful MCU audiences' hearts world over and high expectations they always have regarding MCU movie quality.

Actually they only stopped once. And it turns out it was for a good reason because Wanda bypassed the door anyway. Strange crashing down the roof of the tunnel was far more effective than those metal doors anyway. She was ripping the doors up like paper. LOL

Correction: everything in Red is when Wanda's power is on display. Wanda did not create the apple orchard from magic, she was telling the truth, she did plant them. She converted the field into hideous overgrown death using magic when it turned red. It was similar to the hex from Wanda Vision
Are you sure? It seems to imply that the lush version of the apple orchard was an illusion and the later decayed version was reality. They make very clear that the Darkhold withers away its surroundings when used. Strange even comments when he first shows up how realistic the illusion is, and then Wanda admits later that although she is powerful with magic, she's never been good at lying. Just my interpretation of it

I loved this movie. People are complaining about plot holes and inconsistencies. It’s a movie about wizards, witches and alternative universes. Of course there will be times when the audience needs to suspend disbelief. I just thought it was fun

not a lot of unanswered questions. most of them were recaps of the movie. My main question was when Dr. Strange had the magic dampening hand cuffs on, how was he able to punch and climb against Mordo? He had no magic to help against the damage that he initially suffered from the car wreck, in his origin. Are we to assume that his permanent hand injuries were later healed over time with magic? If so, can he be a surgeon again?
His hands healed to the point of being good enough to do most normal tasks, but he never recovers to the degree of being able to do such delicate and precision-heavy things as surgery. But even if he did recover his hands to their pre-accident state, I think he still wouldn't at this point.

Real explanation: Scott Derrickson created Dr. Strange in the MCU in his brilliant origin film. He wanted to make a horror film but needed more time. Disney pressured him to create a different film - less horror oriented and more clearly connected to the rest of the MCU. Scott was quit/fired. Covid 19 happened. This created an over 1 year delay which *would have* given Scott plenty of time - who knew. Feige hired Raimi hoping he could combine horror and super hero genres, and also combine Dr. Strange 2 with his latest success, WandaVision. Seemed like a good fit. But Raimi didn’t watch WandaVision. The result was film that trashed her character. This was shown to preview audiences - they *hated* it. The film was reshot, and then cut. The resulting ‘shenanigans’ as Wanda would call her sit coms…ensued. [We have Ultron bots but no Tony Stark…come on, are we not supposed to notice when wheels fall off?]

When the movie started off, I thought I was watching Spy Kids. It didn't get better. And throwing musical notes from a sheet of music at your enemy was just plain stupid. The book of Ashanti that's on Earth 838 is that the only one or is there others on different universes like the main mcu's Earth 616 does one exist in that Earth or the one from 838 is the only one that exists.

The quality of CGI (computer-generated imagery) really looks very cheap and very unprofessional in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
Its plot is unfortunately, very shallow, full of flaws and very questionable, reducing it to a story that treats its vast viewer groups to mere brainless movie-goers that cannot think for themselves and cannot compare and link to past MCU movie cues provided in the past successful MCU movies.
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is really disappointing to say the least about it being directed by the wrong person to spoil the many goodnesses achieved in the past successful MCU movies.
This movie badly needs a re-boot to bring the story line back on track if it is to win back many heart-broken faithful MCU audiences' hearts world over and high expectations they always have regarding MCU movie quality.

Why didn't you guys try and explain the part where Dr. Strange and his cohorts stops every time a door closes on the Scarlet Witch as if they were not in a hurry to get to that special book that apparently has the power to stop her despite knowing that she could easily break thru those metal doors as if they were made of paper.
Actually they only stopped once. And it turns out it was for a good reason because Wanda bypassed the door anyway. Strange crashing down the roof of the tunnel was far more effective than those metal doors anyway. She was ripping the doors up like paper. LOL
@@enadegheeghaghe6369 still very immersion breaking though as if their very reason for urgency just suddenly disappeared they even really took their time waiting for the Scarlet Witch to come out instead of just going straight for the book they apparently needed even the part where they actually reached the book he didn't just grabbed it outright instead they waited for the villain to catch up and stop them. it was still an ok movie but it could have been great if not for those parts.

See after watching the teaser than the trailer than the flim itself and when I went to go see it I was convinced that the evil dr strange from what if was going to be the bad guy I honestly didn't expect it to be Wanda back to her old tricks after Wandavison
Correction: everything in Red is when Wanda's power is on display. Wanda did not create the apple orchard from magic, she was telling the truth, she did plant them. She converted the field into hideous overgrown death using magic when it turned red. It was similar to the hex from Wanda Vision
Are you sure? It seems to imply that the lush version of the apple orchard was an illusion and the later decayed version was reality. They make very clear that the Darkhold withers away its surroundings when used. Strange even comments when he first shows up how realistic the illusion is, and then Wanda admits later that although she is powerful with magic, she's never been good at lying.

they make it pretty obvious the orchard and everything is fake just like the whole town from wandavision, watch the scene again, she even says something like "the magic fake orchard was the easy part, its the lying she's not very good at" after strange was fooled by the magic but caught her in a lie

When Wanda turned the orchard into the red, dead trees, that became reality. She didn’t uncover the true reality underneath an illusion, she turned one true reality into another. That’s how her powers work. Strange had no clue he walked into an illusion because there was no “illusion,” just what Wanda decided reality should’ve been.

A key point in Wandavision was that everything inside the hex was real: “It may look fake but everything in there is real. It’s not an illusion. Wanda is rewriting reality.” - Monica Rambeu in Episode 4. “If everything in there is real that would mean she’s wielding an insane amount of power, far greater than she’s ever displayed in the past.” - Darcy Lewis responds. The whole point i s that it isn’t an illusion she’s not Mysterio. And her line in multiverse of madness was “the hex was the easy part, the lying not so much.” idk where you got that other line

I loved this movie. People are complaining about plot holes and inconsistencies. It’s a movie about wizards, witches and alternative universes. Of course there will be times when the audience needs to suspend disbelief. I just thought it was fun

You really do need to watch the movie a couple more times before you make a video like this, Dr Strange got the third eye at the end bc there is always a price for using the dark hold, sometimes the fingers turn black but dream walking causes the third eye, it’s the price for using the dark hold
not a lot of unanswered questions. most of them were recaps of the movie. My main question was when Dr. Strange had the magic dampening hand cuffs on, how was he able to punch and climb against Mordo? He had no magic to help against the damage that he initially suffered from the car wreck, in his origin. Are we to assume that his permanent hand injuries were later healed over time with magic? If so, can he be a surgeon again?
He could...and the world would be all the lesser for it, as the Ancient One said.
His hands healed to the point of being good enough to do most normal tasks, but he never recovers to the degree of being able to do such delicate and precision-heavy things as surgery. But even if he did recover his hands to their pre-accident state, I think he still wouldn't at this point.

How was the movie even remotely confusing? Lol It was an awesome movie. I'm so sick of people trying their best to hate on Doctor Strange. It's one of the best stories in the MCU, if not thee best. Completely underrated.
Real explanation: Scott Derrickson created Dr. Strange in the MCU in his brilliant origin film. He wanted to make a horror film but needed more time.
Disney pressured him to create a different film - less horror oriented and more clearly connected to the rest of the MCU.
Scott was quit/fired.
Covid 19 happened.
This created an over 1 year delay which *would have* given Scott plenty of time - who knew.
Feige hired Raimi hoping he could combine horror and super hero genres, and also combine Dr. Strange 2 with his latest success, WandaVision.
Seemed like a good fit. But Raimi didn’t watch WandaVision.
The result was film that trashed her character.
This was shown to preview audiences - they *hated* it.
The film was reshot, and then cut.
The resulting ‘shenanigans’ as Wanda would call her sit coms…ensued.

When the movie started off, I thought I was watching Spy Kids. It didn't get better.
