Lydia Waters I was stuck with that 😩 it’s honestly not as bad as it may seem. If you put the work into it - which I’m sure you do - Macbeth and Shakespeare isn’t that much of a challenge

Honestly I’ve been stressing on that I take too long too make things like flashcards and that I don’t have resources made for everything I learnt. Your videos are amazing because you give me slight reassurance but still motivation

@@hassank8140 when do you guys have mocks? Cause we have something like that where i live but we call them trials and they basically determine our state ranking and everything then the actual test which is called the HSC just determines our marks and percentages in the subject.

@@hassank8140 Ohh shit, i have my year 12 trials in June - July then after that I go to school till september and its all revision then i graduate highschool then I sit my HSC in november. So like 6 months left of learning and then in a year im out of here

Shahzenan AKAI you have plenty of time!! just make sure you’re paying attention and you can start making notes/doing practice questions now if you want. you will be fine :)
I did year 10 modules last year I stressed so badly and really didn't think I was prepared going into them but things went better than I could have imagined... they aren't as bad as they're made out to be ❤️❤️ just work hard
Samee now I'm even more scared because we are probably going to miss half of our subject learning because of covid-19 😭😞 sorry for y11 and y13❤️

My after school routine: get back home at 15:10 eat, go to friends house 16:00, come home from friends house 21:30, homework from 22:00 to 00:00, go on phone from 00:00 to 01:00 and repeat every day of the week

I am a Chinese senior high student studying Cambridge International AS and A Level and I just completed the IGCSE exam recently. I also use flashcards and Quizlet to remmeber English words, formulae, chemical equations and knowledge points.

I'm sri lankan our college starts from 7 30 to 1 30 with 1 interval and it has 30 minutes ( almost 20 min left for eating only lol😂) and after school sometimes we have extra classes only to cover the syllabus ( our syll is the longest i guess and not sometimes to me its everyday within weekends😑) im doing physical science which contains 5 hours for each pure math and applied math papers(10 hrs totally 😨) 4 hours for each chemistry and physics papers at the exam. soo here I'm burning.
I'm in year 12 but I suffer from lack of motivation so here I am! Also, we have similar wallpaper haha

I think it’s stupid how at my school we are not allowed to highlight or make notes in our Romeo and Juliet books etc just because they will be going to future students... I mean, surely they would find it useful? And I don’t see the point in buying my own version just to be able to make my own notes in it but Idk. Anyone else have this?

What subjects do you do for your GCSE’s? Which texts/plays/poems do you study for English lit?
One year ago i was in year 11 from the first day i was so worried and things got seriuse in January i didnt stop studying after school no rest 7 hours school and 6 hours homework but in the end i got good gcse grades and now i am in college
Ok but like, I've try doing flashcards but it annoys me that I haven't made some for the previous topics yet? Genuinely I don't know how I'll manage to do them for all topics 😂
Cloudyyy 245 I don’t use flashcards because they take too long, I use revision guides and make notes then use apps like Memrise, Seneca, quizlet and my gcse science

Hello!
Firstly: grip the content. You need to have a solid understanding of equations, processes and key details for each topic (especially electricity)
Science is all about concepts: you learn key skills and they resonate throughout all topics of the course. Especially for those who aim for a G7 + making conceptual links between topics is vital - flashcards and mindmaps are a great way to engage in this systematic style of thinking
Exam practice: there is only a finite amount of questions you CNA be tested on, since unlike English it maths, you're tested on content and synthesising it rather than pure skills. Learn the mark scheme s and practice, practice, practice!

when I was in yr 11 last year, I didn't start revising until like march. -_-

@@sarahthomas8670 pretty well, but my mental health wasn't the best so I couldn't remember/concentrate that much in my exams. But I would say that starting revision in feb/march is a good place. If you're in yr 11 right now, then I'd suggest you try and start taking your exercise books home after every class and revising the notes you took (shouldn't take too long). It should be enough to strengthen your memory.
you say your notes from the day, is this you taking lesson books home from school? because i've thought about doing something like this but thought it might have been weird
