It's quite amazing to see how to make these by hand. The technique with the magnetic molds and merging the two with a drop of chocolate was very interesting! Requires a bit of speed and precision though ;)

What is the water, sugar, and invert sugar ratio? Finally, since chocolate melts easily, do you cool the solution to room temperature, or would that harden the solution before you added it? I read online that the coating is one part water, two parts sugar, and 1/2 part corn syrup… hope this helps :)
