I am really miffed by Dr Kabiru's reply. He is an intelligent gentleman I have followed for a long time. He is being technical and evasive on the nature and reason of the attack. It is pure ethnoreligious in nature and the federal government is complicit in the ethnic cleansing.
In one breath he admits that the Governor may lack the force of directives to the officers yet he puts the blame on the Governor, even if he holds a security council meeting every hour but lacking directive capacity is the governor not himself incapacitated. He mentions Lagos as a model for security trust fund to help support the local force, yet he falls to mention that Lagos has the 4th largest economy in Africa. His perspective with regards to this conversation absolutely lacks depth.
