1-2 green chillies
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup cabbage
1/3 cup carrot
1/4 cup capsicum
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Chili sauce
spring rolls sheets
flour+ water= slurry
