Jokes aside, as a tip for those struggling with composure, just step away from the game. Cool off as best as you can. And during that time try asking yourself why you're frustrated. try to find a real cause. Instead of blaming the other player, or a jank set up.
In my experience of bettering my mentality, I struggled with intense discouragement and setting really high expectations against players I know are simply just better than me. Dont compare yourself to others or talk down to yourself, it serves no purpose other than to limit your potential. But yeah, taking breaks when necessary and just laughing keeping things light, even when shit gets intense really helps, atleast with me!
