Don't pre-drill if you install on wood. It's harder if the pilot hole is not 100% lined up. Perfectly fine without pre-drilling. Thanks for the video. The 8 inch off the floor is what I was looking for
Good concept. I would need the bar longer and and it would be exceptional if you had two hooks in one, one facing up as seen in the video, and one facing down.

We are sorry for not responding, the screws that come with the kit are for a wood stud. You can install to a steel stud but will need to purchase the proper screws from a local hardware store.
That surface is perfectly smooth, unlike finished sheetrock. What do you recommend to make sure the anchors slide smoothly when installed on sheetrock?
The screws should be flush with the counter sunk holes and should slide smoothly regardless of the surface quality. Please make sure when installing through sheet rock the screws are secure in the wall stud.
Ys it can be installed on a concrete or cinder block wall however you will need screws designed for concret. The screws included in the kit are for wood stud walls only. All other screws would need to be purchased separately at your local hardware store.

It comes in 3 ‘ length tracks with 1 hook , additional units can be purchased as well as additional hooks

The design is for 1 band. We suggest up to a 50 PSI band since when doubled over that is 50 lbs per handle.

This systwem is designed for single ban usage so most any band that fits over and inside the hook will work fine.

We have people that have installed in concrete as well as Cinder Block walls. You would need to have the proper screws and will need to pre-drill.
