Artistic Swimming - Eggbeater - Slow Motion

Can't believe I didn't load this video in this account before. This was done more than 8 years ago. Raul Arellano took this video and I believe I was contributing to a study on the Biomechanics of the Eggbeater used for water sports like Artistic Swimming, Water Polo, Lifeguarding etc. Here is the slow-motion video.
I didn´t even know that I used my ankle so efficiently to grab water in order to maintain my body high.
After 20 seconds I extend my arms up to show the change in the kick effort.
