    It’s funny cause I watched this and just kind of shrugged when Nyjah did his thing and hyped when everyone else put in their effort. But then played it back and realized that it’s so easy to miss how sick Nyjah is just because he makes it look sooo easy.

      The gapped kickflip backtail wasn't a huge deal, but to have the control to also bigspin out was just stupid precise. Front crooks are hard, but on rails back tails take the cake. Same with blunts.

    So I just wanna say something..I just woke up from a dream and I had watched the spot results and turned off because nyjah was doing his thing. I think it's important to note that I really disagree with the idea that he has his own park and that i have to watch him do what he does but...I understand it...and I do appreciate what he does and I do agree that street skating is the same thing but it's just a bit more accepted as new data where as park practice is not...I just want to say that...and that I really appreciate that some people are really dedicated and suffering right now to keep skateboarding fair for the mind...for people's who are really into the mindstates and shapes of things past present and future and some of those people aren't doing it with skating but with emotion, and dedication, and giving in and of themselves. I think there's a really important thing happening in the world with skateboarding and skaters and I want to explain that aspect from my perspective. So, my dream also includes a person that I am really fond of who is just the sweetest girl and she's the perfect person to really open this dream sequence up for me and she's so smart and her and I just really have shared a few intimate moments that I think anyone would recognize as very developmental and she is married at this point and I just want to thank her for appearing in my dream because she really helped me corner how I felt and also she's a really fair intellectual and she represented both a child like construct of self and mirror of other male modeled after self capacitations of perspectives of skaters in the real world right now and I think that's important because I both do have a son and his mother and because I really do see skating as deserving of my sincerety and respect as a form and I really do believe in the uniting power of skate boarding as transcending of all barriers that do exist even for me as obstacles in other forms I experience in my life and I wanna praise it for being that one thing that takes me and everyone else higher and also brings us lower because we really need that for perspective. Don't let anyone change who you are but let who you are be realized by the same aspect as your skating. No one does what you do but you..this isn't a team thing ever...it's always you. If you choose to let your team or friends inspire greater things from you it's a choice and I also really prize that and wanna award both team and skater for that and by team I mean everyone that skates and also doesn't for that matter. We rise above to find ourselves and that's important.

      So, what I wanted to say was that I realized in and through my dreams that it really is about a fundamental learning skill for me. That we are observers and operators on our boards and that in tuning our motor skills and muscle controls actively as we skate we are orienting our minds for greater acceptance of knowledge in so many forms. Emotional knowledge and power, psychological knowledge, political, religious, and theres really just no end to what we can open our eyes and minds to with skating and I think a big part of that is the data platform of not just feeling life and the beautiful environments but the harsh ones too and that we transcend destruction. We say we kill it and destroy and really we aren't. We are letting machines be machines and using the environment as fuel and the board as interpretive and we are mining the observational qualitative terms of both the created and natural environment. I think it's important to note that all we do is based on data and observation and our physical controls and excercises are seperately oriented but as well inclusive and can mask our true ability to observe and control that data we perceive as we skate and creatively bond a few very different modes of perception and interpretation of data. We are inputting and outputting at the same time. Eventually we learn to control this as if we are watching someone else and that's why I think sharing this is important and why I think it's so fundamental an activity as a personal developer and experience and outlet and inspiration and it really is for those who want to take beyond device to turn into a feeling and bond with that. That to me is a higher state of mind and being and desire that is so in tune with love and compassion and openness that it transcends and tries to and represents the hope to transcend the individuality of such an activity and represents such a healthy perspective of Independence and self awareness and motivation to achieve and fitness and responsibility that I want to really say a word for everyone involved because so many skaters of all levels are suffering right now. Wether they're smoking dope or using drugs or alcohol or wether they're suffering life altering or even mind altering and they can be both, injuries and fears and traumas that change thier lives and perspectives forever and give them soul and heart to put into thier minds for thier own interpretations or to give back to us all through art and the hope to express how it's effecting them now or past or hoped to for the future that everyone has a currency that ends today and we need to recognize that. We are that literally in debt here. To skateboarding and from it...we are in debt still to our fellow man and we are also owed a debt of gratitude and income and relief for what we do and who we are and what we really intend to decide and dedicate to ourselves for betterment and some for worsening as we tend to recognize we are worthless and we are human and we are ugly and we are real and we are tough. We recognize our mortality and we go one step beyond to find our humanity and resolve it with terminal compassion. We are people of a higher mind to put injustice in its place and we know when its us and we step up to keep that real even when it means it hurts us. This is done intentionally though sometimes it's in a transcendental state and we believe it's done to enlighten us and arouse our creativity. It isn't...it's done to suffer us and suppress us so and that because we rise above we will take more seriously that this is mortality and that this effort is a risk and hazardous to us and that some are cowards and still venture out into this land to make it a world for themselves and some do it entirely for others and that makes them stronger and if they maintain an innocence it makes them greater. We are so dynamic and so different and so smart in the way we make errors and even fatalities for ourselves and in the way we sabotage ourselves for perspective. It's truly a work of great art and great humanity binding the constitutions of plutonic nature with the best and worst, smartest and most creative, most physical and most emotional. We bleed for this and we shed our blood and skin and bone for this and we do it for ourselves and that's the most important part that we don't see reward for. This is the Peace prize itself and if there is no recognition of this then it's not recognized that we do seek equilibrium and equality through an industry and that is extremely exploitive because what we seek is academic and intellectual and it is spiritual and philosophical and without support we are exploited and so are the people who stepped up to support us the only way they could...with industry backing and helping us keep being who we are and reaching for that unknown prize and that's all the support they could offer us which is truly only to lift us up off our shadows a few inches so we can try to both spread our wings and fly and likewise fail and use this to examine the ground we are bound to live upon more deeply and learn to appreciate this unique life experience and human nature and the experience.

      So, that's what I was telling her in the dream. When all is far off..when the skaters are skating they are always with us. They are working...they are loving...they are learning and letting go. They are wondering...they are staying golden and they are hitting pure energy and raw power and emotion and even loss of all they gain because it is elusive. To have a friend is to truly skate the Nexus of the meaning because the board is our only resource. It's like a parent to a child or a man to a woman in confidence and openness and peace and truth between them.

    • @lancelove9700
      @lancelove9700 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      My point with her was to convey that she too skates. She searches for knowledge and rides the waves of concrete ideas and ideologies...she is an intellectual and an educationalist observer. She is in the park of reality and she can't change the course but she can express herself and strive to be unique or excel to match anyone of any skill level. She does this in simply being my friend and opening her ears and heart to me and instead of myself I give her skateboarding and all it's companions because she is the friend of my friends and mother to them and lover of them and kind and forgiving and wise and protective of them all and she is careful with herself but wielding the desire to give herself to others and to likewise be received as a friend, lover, woman, equal, and even in her own understanding of sexuality and bravery nakedly, innocently, emotionally. We all have these capacities and to transcend for a lesser state we must give up the skating.

    • @lancelove9700
      @lancelove9700 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      We must not venture out but instead let the perspectives and perceptions be rewinded and audited. We must not make love...we must observe that it is been made anyway and destroyed. That even in our current state of existance all things created are being destroyed. That is the reality of the power of skateboardings revelation. We are as humans constantly grinding the proverbial edge of forces and existance in so many ways.

    • @lancelove9700
      @lancelove9700 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      We are doing the work and like a solid grind the only way to grind forward is to have landed and grinded the closest and farthest points and continue to grind onward. The currency of our awareness is the observation that we are not always aware in every way. We can transcend values and morals and safety to gain in this way. It's so important for people who don't skate to know how careful we are in what we do and how much we enjoy this risk and why. It's because they don't see how protective we are of life itself and this changes us. We are an army of workers seeking transcendental life changing power over ourselves and over the world and over others and over goverments.
