No Bake Mango Cheesecake!

I made this manually as it is in the Summer Thermomix Magazine!
I may have messed up the base by forgetting to tare (!!!!) however it looked fine and the main event the mango cheesecake is delicious. Its for a birthday on Saturday for a mango lover! The photo of it is in the tin still.

Thankyou for sharing Mandy. I was wondering if you could make the lemon posset, it's on cookidoo. I've made it twice but both times it hasn't set properly, so wondering what I've done wrong. It says to leave in fridge for 2 hours to set but even when I left it overnight it hasn't fully set. If you can help me with that I'd be grateful. It tasted great but was just like eating a custard. Thankyou 😊

Hi Mandy, can you use coconut oil instead of butter in this recipe, in the biscuit/nut base. Dairy intolerant. Regards Julie

Should mention, not for this particular recipe. For other cakes etc that are dairy free. Julie
