- Lockup Shutdown. The Defensive Equalizer Returns. Players are not excited to dribble or shoot over GP2. Kerr made excellent moves - focusing on first taking way the others, trusting Draymond to guard Jaylen, and rotating Payton, Dray, and Andrew Wiggins on guarding Tatum. GP2 also did a great job defending Derrick White.

its annoying how the espn sports analysts are saying the warriors won because celtics didnt play well, and they were turning the ball over. but never discuss the suffocating defense by the warriors and the fact that those 18 turnovers 15 of those were forced turnover resulting into 15 steals. but nope, they say celtics just had a bad game. meanwhile, when celtics won game one its because the celtics defended the warriors according to them. but celtics barely won that game it took them 3 and a half quaters to finally catch up and pull away from the warriors. lol
There is nothing Boston can do in this series if GSW is playing this well on defense.
@@MattB.1 Exactly. Boston can get all the blocks they want on the paint but the warriors isnt like heat or bucks where they only have 1 elite scorer and 1 or 2 elite defenders. Warriors has multiple scorers and multiple great defenders. Even steph has improved so much this year defensively. And klay is already there defensively. And then you add wiggins, payton and green, and then looney's defensive rebounds. Those are defensive juggernauts.

He can guard any Celtic perimeter player
