- Hi friends :) If I were to conceptualize my ideal ASMR video to watch, this might be it! I find the click sound of a light turning on and off in ASMR videos is so relaxing and I hope you do to! However, if you aren't a fan of the clicks, maybe skip this one :) This video includes lots of light triggers, personal attention, eye tests and visual triggers. I hope you enjoy! 🤍

The relaxing static-like ‘brain tingles’ experienced by some people at the back of the head or down the spine in response to specific visual or audio triggers. ASMR content is commonly used to help with stress relief, relaxation, anxiety, and sleep.

I like the clunky clicks of the flashlights and it reminded me of a very niche trigger I really like which is a soft beep like a thermometer. I feel like you may have used one in a video before? I’d love a longer video with those clicks and beeps!

Had to pause this video intermittently because Peeta had what appeared to be the zooms .... except she was meowing the whole time she did it. The last time she acted like that was when a ghost passed through the apartment. (For those of you who believe in ghosts, which are indeed real: my city has a very severe ghost problem, on account of a lot of residents living AND dead tending to have deep emotional issues. I feel bad for Peeta and the other strays 'cause they have to vividly share the neighborhood with all that plasmic melodrama.)
