I don't think i've ever seen this episode air on TV without that tribute. Strange how they did that with this episode, but the Paul Boyd tribute in Stop Look And Ed seemed to have only been aired a few times before being taken off.
Shawn was the worker at aka studios and they used Wilfred the name from Shawn and he worked on Ed edd n eddy from the start, I grew up in early 2000s and I didn’t know this dude died I was watching Ed edd n eddy back then but man may his “Ed soul” rest peacefully to this year, but this hit hard since Ed edd n eddy was my favorite show.
He wasnt the only one dedicated in an episode. In “Look Before You Ed”, the final episode in the series, Was dedicated to Paul Boyd, a AKA productions worker that worked on the theme song.
May he rest in peace, he was so young. I hope all the people who worked on this cartoon are happy, as they've brought so much joy to our hearts. And for those who passed away, I hope they all rest in peace, and my condolences to their loved ones.
Shawn's death was a mystery and some people in the comments think it has something to do with 9/11 which I doubt he oddly he died around 2001 it's probably something else he died from

Ehmm... You know how long does it take to make an EEnE episode? All episodes of Season 3 were already done before 9/11. He probably died during the production. BTW, there's no his name on the 9/11 list of victims.

There's not much information about him, even i could'nt found a picture of him (only i found his grave,and information like his day of death and born) It say that he born on 02 of january and he died the 28 of january so he could'nt be one of the victims of the 9/11 (Also he died in Canada not in new york but idk if that information It's true) And information that he was a worker on a.k.a cartoon but nothing more.
