- Steve and Snot’s friendship is tested by their mothers’ argument. Roger wants to drug the moms so they fall back in love with each other. Steve and Snot trick their moms into meeting and Roger drugs them in the elevator with what he thinks is a love drug.

I had the exact same thought
I think the difference is that Steve and Snot are best friends while Steve and Toshi aren't really that close. If anything the conflict between Francine and Toshi's mom had more to do with it affecting the romantic relationship between Steve and Toshi's sister, not anything to do with Toshi himself.
I feel like Toshi has said multiple times that he hates them all haha
But Toshi also hates all of them and curses them out in Japanese.

He roofied Steve twice when he was a persona that Steve went on 9 dates with.
I'm also not surprised Roger was able to teleport them, made meth, snorted meth, then dove into a fight only to end up punching himself in the groin repeatedly.

Well no shut toshi speaks English. He understands what everyone says he always has
Just because he understood doesn’t necessarily mean anything. My best friend learned to understand English before actually speaking it. Though Toshi had said multiple times that he spoke English, he just hated them so much that he didn’t speak English to them, he said that to Steve in an episode.
This whole episode confused the the hell out of me.
Steve and Snot thought that there friendship would be weaker because there moms were not friends and they took it too far trying to get them to be friends causing there moms to banned there friendship.
I got that but the ending seemed to imply the the kids were in the right when they definitely weren't.
Plus the mom's thought the reason why they were "friends" was because of their sons. When Francine mentioned something she's passionate about, snot's mom gave an answer she didn't like, so they both decided not to meet up anymore.
The shows heading down a family guy route it seems. Using the weirder ideas for episodes. But Roger can hold it together
I like it! I think the show implies there infinite amount of deaths and endings. And there’s one where the mothers sacrifice themselves for their kids to be friends

Frankly, I think the main focal point of this episode was unnecessary in the first place. I mean since when do Steve and Snot's moms have to be friends so THEY can be friends when, from what's been shown before, the two are ALREADY friends for some time in the first place?! That's just dumb.

Not really... I mean, I remember the first episode I watched was the one that Stelio Kontos beat out Stan, so... It's quite surprising.
You gotta start from the beginning
It only made sense for the first three or four or so seasons
You could watch any episode and get a laugh but trust me you'll end up watching the whole thing in order it's funny, and some episodes are really well done
