Idk why it took me so long to finally look up "the untamed" cause I assumed it was the animated version of the book, but omfg I've been wondering what that drama was FOR AGES. I've been hearing about the actor Wang Yibo for SO LONG??? omg I need to watch it. Do you know if it follows the books well? Like with the romance aspect??
@@murakamireads sadly it censors the direct romance because of chn censorship But! the subtext is still there, wang yibo and xiao zhan have great chemistry together and most of the story is adapted well 👍 although its been a long time so dont trust that completely. i remember being disappointed by the ending though 😅
@@murakamireads there are some changes but the romance is spot on! Though for China se spring they had to make it not obviously gay so nothing overt but the yearning…. Jumps off the screen! The biggest change is how they present the two time lines in the show, which I think is more effective than the books.
