    Interesting about salads vs smoothies. I have had to work to get in enough smoothie but I have always oved salads so I now start my day with a smallish smoothis and then make a BIG salad with the remaining veggies 🙂

    Do flaxseeds lower blood pressure.

      Fiber has been shown to help lower blood pressure so yes. Most importantly get at least 30 minutes a day of exercise to get your blood pressure down. Walking helped my husband get his down in just a few weeks.

    Please keep enough security to protect you from the deep state big pharma and big cattle.
    This is a selfish request for my benefit.
    While there could already be a movie based on your life, my goal is there will be a huge story by the end of next year.

    Hi Doc. Here can I find the autoimmune protocol? I have bought your Goodbye autoimmune book. It talks about life style. I didn't find the autoimmune protocol in this book. I am drinking green smoothie everyday; 75% greens 25% fruit and half a cup flax. I want to follow the correct way to doing autoimmune protocol. Please diect me where I can get the protocol.     I have RA ,will my wrists get better . I have huge green smoothies every day with chia etc . Lots of water 2 litres or more . I wont take the meds from a specialist and just pain tablets when it gets too much . ❤️😀some things improved with wrists ,but they have been bad like they are broken and wake up with stiff etc .Can anyone who knows and has RA and knows how painful it is in wrists ... give me some feedback ,I just think maybe some thing take longer 🤔.

      Try the 1,000 mg turmeric twice daily, she mentioned a study in this video somewhere between minute 15 and minute 30 where that reduce the need for pain meds.
