Adam, I had squeaky brakes too on my Brembos and what I did to solve it was installing some Titanium brake shims on the pads. They 're designed to isolate the heat from boiling the brake fluid and the also dampen the brake pads rattle A LOT. Big recommendation for your brakes!
They're just squeaking because he has aggressive track pads on the Evo currently. All he needs to do is swap out to street pads.

I would try putting copper grease on the back of the padss I was advised to do thea from EBC when my green stuff pads were doing the same. Also It takes a man to face up to Organic peanut butter wrong doings I tried it once and had problems my doctor said I had to give up the habit.
Copper slip aint making those pads any quieter , that's just the joy of aggressive track pads unfortunately.
