  • The first kilometers of travelling into the Western Sahara are already incredible. Breathtaking landscapes make the long journey feel short and travelling by car is again proven to be a great decision.
Thanks for tuning in on this beautiful journey today.

Its name is the Moroccan Sahara, not the Western Sahara, I hope you can look on the internet a little and correct the title . have a nice trip.

@@roadlessroaming Wikipedia is not a standard of truth,
The criterion is that you lived an experience and traveled through the desert and met its inhabitants. You saw the country’s flag flying above its buildings. You have not registered to leave the country yet and they did not ask to stamp your passport. This shows that you are in the southern Moroccan desert.

Please modify the title to Moroccan Sahara, the flags, currency, authorities there, everything's Moroccan... this you want to comeback one day there and to be welcomed.
I know how this subject is sensible for Moroccans.

Thank you for your opinion. What about the people who want it to be free from the occupation though? I think it's a very sensible subject for those as well. Let me know what you think.

@@roadlessroaming if you are calling Morocco an occupation, my advice to you is to not go to that country again, from the airport you will be sent back from where you came, your comment has been scanned and forwarded to DGSN already, Moroccans (ppl) are not joking with that subject and they are reporting all that kind of things, you will see more comments coming soon from them.
      good luck!

You will get weird comments because you used the term western sahara, this is a translation error because in arabic western sahara has different connotations which may be offensive, in english it's in normal use and the goverment uses this term too, just don't call it SADR.
Peace and good luck on your trip.

@@roadlessroaming This region was part of Morocco for centuries, colonized by Spain from 1884 until 1975. After its liberation, the Algerian military regime with the help of Qaddafi wanted to annex it by creating a separatist militia, There has never been a country called Western Sahara, it's just algeria that wants to have access to the Atlantic

@@roadlessroaming it's very similar to what Russia did in Crimea and Donbass ,
Algerian Sahara in the other hand is occupied ,France carved illegally out vast territories from Morocco ,Libya ,Tunisia and Mali in Favor of what is Algeria now ,and people there are living in stone age despite tens of billions worth of Petrol and gaz extracted every year ,search in youtube for Bordj Badji Mokhtar or Tamanrasset and see who is really occupied

I am on a side where every human or group of people (in this case a country), have their freedom and the rights to choose independence if they wish to do so. Everything else is only a view full of hate and greed which leads to crime and war. I guess you are Muslim? If so, then respect everyone else and treat everyone equally, like your religion tells you, without forcing your personal, egoistic and narcissistic opinion on someone else.

I agree with you, my dear brother, but in this case, the so-called Western Sahara is not a 100% humanitarian issue or a liberation issue as you think, but rather it is an issue that Algeria created and is paying a lot of money to divide and isolate Morocco. It also wants an outlet to the Atlantic Ocean, this is clear to everyone.

      😄 Yes perfect. That's a brilliant idea.
I use a variety of cameras as I am a little geeky with that. I have a GoPro Hero 9, DJI Action 4, DJI Osmo Pocket 3, Insta 360 X4, Fujifilm XT-5 plus some Lenses and my Phone, a Pixel 7. In the meantime, the Pocket 3 has been damaged unfortunately.
For mounting the cameras, I use a magnetic mount on the outside, and a suction holder on the inside. For audio, I have the Rode Wireless and one DJI Mic. For video and photo editing, I am using an older Windows laptop with CapCut, CaptureOne and Photoshop. :) And I have 2 12 TB HDD harddrives with me for backup.
I am just a little bit nerdy about those things... Just a tiny bit..I have a photography background which is why I use most of those things. :)
