I have followed this TH-cam clip to build the same invention
instead a 24V 250W DC Motor and a Diode N5408 and 8x 2.7V 500F Capacitors
I have used a 36V 250W DC Motor and a Diodes 10A10 1000V 10A High Voltage Rectifier instead and Conversion 450V 3300uf
but they is only one problem it's not turning over on its own??????????????????????////

You will notice he charged the caps with a battery then turned it on, given a few more seconds of running and the caps will have lost there charge and it will stop rotating, other similar designs leave the full pre charged battery connected, that will extend the run time as it holds far more charge than what the caps can, but given a few minutes the battery will also loose it charge and it will stop rotating.

Useless Rotating Junk, the only thing it will Generate is heat from friction until it drains the cap charge which will take seconds, then its becomes Useless Non Rotating Junk.
