"Our goal or our concept when we started Mustards was to have unintimidating food that would make everybody happy," says Owner/Executive Chef Cindy Pawlcyn. "I felt that if I felt at home in this restaurant, then my customers would feel at home."

"I cooked on the line every day for decades and had thousands of cookbooks, and I traveled as much as I could to try foods in different places and see what would work here in California. And it’s like my art form," Pawlcyn notes.

"Here, you really get to know people. It’s an honor to have these regulars that come from far away as much as the regulars that I love that come all the time."
Now celebrating their 40th year of business, Mustards have become an integral part of Napa Valley’s culinary scene.

Meals on Wheels, the Napa Valley Food Panty, and feeds over 48,000 people a year."
